Try the slow, I avoided it always using medium but the slow gets deeper and feels more like a massage.

Massager is great, but this is what happens to it with normal use. I take very good care of my tools, so I’m guessing the fabric is defective. I have been attempting to get a hold of the company via email and phone For about a week and a half now. No success. I’m very disappointed!
