Solid product, solid hold
Prefect product. I bought this 2 years ago and it has held up fantastically without moving an inch. I put my car keys, house keys, and umbrella on it right next to the front door so I never forget them. Adhesive is still holding firm on my wall which is grainy and not a smooth surface.

Super cheap, minimal solution to clear up your counter clutter.
It comes with both heavy-duty sticky adhesive pads and standard wall screws. You can just peel and stick it if you are renting, or drill it in for a permanent hold. The solid metal rail can handle up to 20 lbs if you screw it in. The individual hooks have a nice upward bend at the tips so your bulky key rings or dog leashes won't slide off onto the floor.
