I have seen reviews where people have said that smoke pours out of every gap. Some others have said that they have tried filling in all the gaps but still have smoke everywhere. I have been burning chopped logs which have been well seasoned. No problem at all. Some smoke... but what do you expect? If you start a fire you are. going to have smoke. Kind of obvious really. With the wood i am burning there is very little smoke but, for the smoke it does give, the vast majority is going exactly where it should go. I have found the heat dispersion to be fine. The look is great. Instructions may not be the best but its really not rocket science. Some rust has start to show around exposed metal parts but to be honest that doesn't bother me and adds to the rustic feel. I think that for the money this was a fantastic buy. Great with friends over and few glasses of the good stuff. My advise to anyone using one of these is to try and use well seasoned dry wood or expect a lot of smoke.

Hi, just wanted to say that my mates are green with envy....the one problem I have had was no bbq grill in the box, so contacted seller on a Friday and got a reply the same day saying you will get it on a Monday. Excellent service so I would not mark them down for that. Things I like about the chiminea....it has a tall chimney with a spark arrester...the legs look great unlike a lot of chiminea's I have looked at...the iron casting is very good. One tip is put it together on the spot you want it....its very heavey. If you want a chiminea get this bad boy.....i just love it. Hope this review helps you make your mind up.

The quality, design and the non existence of instructions makes this to be the most over priced chimenna. The chimney is made from the thinnest gauge mild steel like the hat that won't last a season. Overpriced, under provided.

Delivered quickly, instructions were not very good, few nuts and bolts missing but have a good stock in shed so didn't matter too much. Overall looks good and gives out good heat. Chimney a bit thin and smoke leaks from the ill fitting joints, can be fixed with fire cement though. If you after a perfect Chiminea this product is not for you but if you have some DIY skills then it is a good purchase for the price.

Its a good solid outside heater. The intructions are a bit hit and miss, after a couple of changes of bolts. I gave it the first fire up lastnight and was impressed with how quickly it started in comparison with others I have used, also how well it retained heat.The extra height of the smoke stack means smoke no longer is at head height. Great product and well worth the money, get one of these and no a steel one which will burn through after a years use.

The instructions are ridiculous.I am quite a handyman but boy did I have some difficulty assembling this.Rusted after the first burnOn a positive note it did radiate some good heat.

First of all, the assembly instructions were unclear. The paint discoloured and rusted within first use and one cycle of rain. We contacted the seller who asked for images of the areas of concern, I sent these over and never heard anything back. This was around 2 weeks ago now.

Not the easiest to assembly but excellent once done. Works well as both heater and bbq. Easy to keep clean too and looks great in the garden!
