Pilot Frixion Clicker Retractable Erasable Red Gel Ink Pens, 3 Pens 6 Refills

I like these pens allot. They are the only erasable pens that I have tried that are actually worth using. There are not perfect though. My biggest problem with them is that the ink gets used up VERY quickly. I am a college student, so I do quite a bit of pen work. Mostly note taking, which I understand is pretty demanding on ink anyway. Comparing these to the Pilot G2, which is what I used prior to discovering these pens in the bookstore of my school, the ink runs out way quicker in these. Another problem is that they are not always consistent. Sometimes there are like little dry spots where the ink doesn't flow out of the pen as thick, giving my handwriting a little bit of an inconsistent look. This doesn't happen often though. And last but not least, when ever I do erase something, it makes the paper, where the erase took place, not want to accept ink very well anymore. I other words, it can be difficult to re-write over and area where you erased. Other than that, I do enjoy these pens. If it weren't for the few issues that i mentioned here, they would have gotten a 5 star review.

Nice pens. Ink does Leak a little but will dry faster than other pens once on paper.

Okay, I LOVE the fact you can erase cleanly with these. I am a teacher and do not use anything else. My only complaint is they do seem to dry out quickly in certain temperatures. Also, be careful to order the correct refills.

Erasable ink pens have been common in Japan so many years by now. They work well. This package comes with refills, good value. I use black ones, too. Black ones are great for writing checks. I don't have to waste checks when I make mistakes.

I love these pens and bought them after seeing them recommended on a professional proofreader blog. One thing to be aware of with this ink and the way it works- the "eraser" creates heat from the friction. Heat is what erases the ink so if you were to leave papers in a hot car, the ink would disappear. I think you can make it reappear by freezing but I have not tried it so not sure if that is true.

these are nice. erasable pens that actually erase. (be warned, in cold temps the ink becomes visible again. I accidentally used these to sign some permits that I then laminated--the heat causing the ink to disappear. popped them in the freezer for 10 minutes and it came back completely.

These pens are great but run out of ink rather quickly. The refills are a much more cost effective solution than replacing the pens constantly. The ink disappears in heat/sun so they really don't work for outside uses but in an office environment are wonderful!

We love these pens in my office! We constantly write on plan sets and these are perfect for making notes and corrections! We use in every color :) Definitely will purchase again!
