An excellent little kit - if you work at it.
The basic kit is a bit crude in parts. The nose needs to be reshaped. On this one I rebuilt the undercarriage, repositioned the flaps and slats and made new undercarriage doors and airbrakes from brass sheet. I've also used this kit to make a two-seater, and Jags in three different versions. It is rough but definitely worth working on as a good result can be achieved.

It was just the job. Arrived a day late but it was in the middle of Xmas post so expected.

Not impressed
The Jaguar was the first aircraft I flew in so was excited to get and build this model. Unfortunately, although inexpensive, the model is disappointing with ill-fitting parts and lacks detail. Ultimately, it went in the bin.

A very nice kit, note that at 1/144 it will obviously be quite small
I have only made one Academy kit before this, an F-35 in 1/72 scale, this kit goes together nicely but takes patience as its 1/144 so file and fit carefully and you will be very happy with the results, looks cool in RAF Arctic camo scheme, mine arrived early, sealed in its box and in great condition
