That is the right hand only tire, you’ll have to purchase a right and a left hand tire separately.

No, they do not work on both sides. The tires are directional. Meant to scoop sand like a shovel.

As long as your wheels are 9 inch, yes they fit. The small side of the"V" pattern, with the extra, small paddle between them, is the inside edge of the tire.
