Good straightener
Used on natural curly white /grey hair. It relaxed the hair really well, unfortunately the luminous yellow/green colour stained the lady's natural white hair and turned it very yellow . Not something I was expecting and neither was she . Very disappointed. I suppose on black hair you'd never notice . Won't be buying it again . Sorry

Didn't work at all.
The customer service was great. They replied to my emails quickly. But I think something was wrong with the product, it smelled really strong and it didn't straighten my 4c hair at all. Maybe I should have bought super strength, but I'm still extremely disappointed that it did nothing for my hair.
