They provided me with a motor that was meant for US voltage as the Hz frequency was wrong the motor was running really slow which made the water turn green really quickly. Luckily I'd kept my old one from a previous tank and everything works fine now

Although this looks great there are some quite major downsides. The stones at the bottom are necessary for the filtration so you can’t change that to sand, so you can’t have any bottom feeding tank cleaning fish (like catfish). I was surprised how little you can actually keep in them, I did want a small tank to start with but you can only really keep a few tetras or guppies. It’s very expensive (I could actually have got it cheaper at the store); it’s much more expensive than more versatile tanks. The heater does seem to change temperature and doesn’t seem all that stable. Any biorb accessories are very expensive.Having said that, we are two weeks in and the fish are alive and happy. If you don’t know anything about tropical fish it is ok as a very basic starter tank.

Didn't have any problems with this tank. Had to clean it quite often but that's likely due to where it was positioned. Looked great.

I had one of these for several years. I didn't run into any of the issues the other reviewer did and in fact sold mine on when I moved to a bigger aquarium.The system is fairly complete and I imagine that if you follow the advice to regularly change your filters it will run well. One thing I did have trouble with was that this 60l tank is tall, so I always had difficulty reaching in to clean it. I dislike the idea of having to buy the filters every month and rarely replaced them, instead rinsing the foam. However I did do water changes and avoided over feeding my fish.Being made of acrylic means that it scratches easily. I think it was over priced for what it is (I paid £260).

I bought two of these. Had non stop problems due to the filter being rubbish. Ended up buying a bigger tank and consolidating both tanks of fish together. Tank itself looks nice but the cleaning is a nightmare, expect at least 2 water changes of 20% every three days. The acrylic is very sharp and is not pleasant to clean as you constantly scrape your buckles. If you can, defiantly buy a bigger tank as normal goldfish grow quite quickly and this tank won't last them long.

Rubbish.avoid at all costs.mine started cracking after 5 months.biorb wouldn't replace it due to alleged air freshners and cleaning fluids being used in the room which caused the cracks.what you supposed to do not clean the room

I found this tank very hard to clean. After a few years of struggling with it am getting rid. I would avoid.
