GE White Laundry Pair with GTW330ASKWW 27"" Top Load Washer and GTD33EASKWW 27"" Front Load Electric Dryer

Had washer for two days is broke down company will not respond to me. Drivers took out my fence. Driveway lighted post. and the trucking company is making it difficult. Trucking company AM trucking says I have to jump through a bunch of hoops. I would not recommend getting these washer and dryer took them forever to get here and now I'm sitting here with a washer and dryer I can't even use. And honestly if they would've gave a complete description I would've never bought these anyways they make tons and tons of noise makes 10 times more noise than any other washer in the whole world. Crazy bad customer service. Still waiting for them to get back to me. Both companies trucking and the washer and dryer. They are passing the buck to GE. Don't buy here unless you're ready for a nit-mare and doing no laundry for a month. Awful sneaky company.And apparently the only reason you're getting a star is because it won't let me post this and less I give you one.

Very nice set but the delivery service was uncalled for. They left this product in my daughter’s front yard. They did call to say they were 30 minutes away from delivery, but did not give the date before hand. My daughter is a single parent and had to call someone to help her set them up in her home. I’ll never recommend this company to anyone.

Should have known not to buy this. Anyways, while installing the product I opened the washed and there is a bunch of debris and even some grass inside. Not to mention a random screw that is stuck in the bottom crack and I can’t get it out. Won’t be able to wash clothes in this. Not to mention I don’t know where this stray screw came from. Lastly the dryer is hard to close. But it works so that’s why I’m giving it 4 stars

Had a bit of a balance issue but fixed it with a slice of wood.the inside of both were way larger than I thought it would be, love them.

This was a very good deal and the quality is great 👍

VERY happy with the washer the large capacity and ease of functions have an elderly family member that has accidents over night,so it has been used daily since installing it great product 👍👍

These things are great! Quiet. Easy to install. I love my new washer/dryer.
