Quality of plastic is not fantastic but for that price is really good, sadly one bolt already broken after one week used

This a cheap but perfectly usable grip-strengthening device. Resistance is adjusted by a knob that moves the bottom of the spring closer in (easier) or further out (harder). The hardest setting will be a good challenge for most people.You could probably count the reps for yourself but if that is beyond you, there is an integrated 2-digit counter on the handle. It increments whenever the little button gets pressed by closing the grip. Resetting the counter involves pushing in and rotating a knob on the end of the handle. It's a little bit fiddly to reset both digits but it works.For the low price this is pretty good. It's basic but it feels robust enough to last for a while.

This works fairly well for the intended purpose. It’s inexpensive, easy to hold and feels good in the hand, plus the tension can be regulated from light to very heavy with the rotating wheel. I would suggest starting light if you have never done this before and increase gradually.The only defect I found was that one of the number columns is misaligned, making it harder to read the number count, so I’m knocking off one star for that. I’m sure it’s not intended to be like that, but it points to a quality control issue. Not the end of world though at this price and you can still use it.
