-Although helps my carpal tunnel while sleeping BUT…
-Although helps my carpal tunnel while sleeping, the bar is NOT removable. It’s sewn in. Only the velcro palm padding is removable.Smooth inside and comfortable. I wear a ladies glove size 7.5/8 usa and I bought a Small. Maybe a medium would be even more comfortable. Might try one to see.

Flick of the Wrist
As someone who does a lot of walking but also a lot of documenting in my work, sometimes I'm not really careful with moving my muscles around and so my wrist area would sometimes be super sore by the end of the day. To prevent any more harm, I invested in getting this wrist brace by Fitomo and it seems to do the job well. It essentially wraps around your hand and makes it so that the muscles and bones inside stay in place and recovers while you rest. I got the medium sized one and it fit like a glove for me.

Excellent for keeping your wrist stable at night
This brace works so well for me at night to keep my wrist stable and wake up with relief in the morning. The brace is extremely sturdy while still being comfortable. There is a removable cushioned area on the palm that I especially like. It is larger than most and due to the immobility it's not really suitable for day use. Make sure you affix the top and bottom straps first, then the middle. If you do the middle first, then the top and bottom ones won't align properly. Recommended!

Helps with nighttime carpal tunnel pain
I wear this at night to prevent my hand from flexing and causing carpal tunnel pain. The removable metal splint on the palm side prevents flexion when the Velcro straps are snugly holding the brace in place. There is another semi rigid piece on the upper side that is not removable that helps prevent the hand from extending backwards. There are two Velcro straps attached to the brace, but mine already came with a third separate strap with Velcro on both ends. There is no mention of this third strap in the listing or instructions, so I'm not sure how it's supposed to be used. I have not used it and the brace seems to function fine without it.I find the wrist brace to be easy to use and effective at preventing wrist pain due to flexion.

A great wrist splint to wear overnight (while sleeping)
I'm reviewing the Fitomo Carpal Tunnel Wrist Brace Night Support in size XS. I ordered this size based on the measurement chart and my wrist sizes of 18 cm (Left) and 19 cm (Right). I think it might be too tight on my right wrist. My preference is to wear the brace with both the splint and the pad. I tried the other configurations. For me, even without the splint and pad in there, my fingers are too restricted to be able to type or do much of anything else with the hand that has the brace on it. Aside from that, the support was nowhere near as good. If I wear the splint but leave out the pad, once I get the brace tightened enough to be supportive, it is painful where the splint presses on my palm area. It sounds like some of the other reviewers are having a different experience than this.I find that this brace gives me better support and immobilization than a different (name brand) brace that I have that is "one size fits all." I think that's because it fits me much better. The other one is huge in comparison. The only issue I have is that I have somehow managed to lose the crucial "middle" piece of velcro that is not actually permanently attached to the brace. I also see a potential issue with the velcro. The brace is made so that the velcro sticks to the fabric of the brace itself rather than another piece of velcro. On my other brace, the velcro became "inoperable" due to the fabric becoming worn (from the velcro).Overall, I think this is a very good splint to wear while you are not using your wrist. I don't think this is a great brace to give wrist support while you are using your wrist. I'm considering buying the next larger size to see if it is more comfortable on my right wrist/hand than this one is. And I'm hoping I will manage to find that missing piece of velcro so I can resume using this brace.

Supportive wrist brace
I have periodic issues with my wrist and had a brace I used a lot when I was younger, but needed a new one. I wasn't quite sure what size to choose, but since I have a relatively small wrist, I went with small. It fits me well. There is a removable cushion inside and a couple straps on the outside to adjust if I needed to. I liked that it could easily be used for either hand unlike my old one that was specific to one wrist. There is a little support lacking in it, but it will do a good job of keeping my wrist supported when I need it.

Carpal Tunnel Wrist Brace
I have had carpal tunnel for several years which is one of the things this wrist brace is recommended for. I like that it is sturdy and well made in comparison to others that I have tried. I wear it every night since I have gotten it and my hand is less stiff in the morning, this tells me it is helping me with what it is recommended for.*Please note: this review is based on my personal experience with the product and not to be considered medical advise.
