This is an excellent, high quality olive oil for dipping and simple dressings. The taste is amazing, with clean, peppery, sharp and bitter aspects of picual olives. Simple and beautiful. One of the best olive oils I've ever had. It's not inexpensive, but it's a pretty good value (at least without tariffs!) Arrived shipped from Spain in a reasonable time. Get some good bread and enjoy!
