I grew up on Pappy's coming out of Fresno. Its been my go to rub for all things meat for 3+ decades. The well balanced flavor and lower salted of the blue top ALWAYS gets my BBQ rave reviews from family and friends. I prefer this over the brown sugar version blue top, so if you're looking for something less sweet, make sure to check carefully.

No better way to improve the taste of meat in your mouth.
Somedays you buy a spice or rub and think it will be a normal meal. On rare occasions, you buy a rub and you get a glimpse of what real meat should taste like! Let's just say, it was a complete meat revolution in my mouth. Will definitely be buying again and again!
