In love with these sofas, delivery was quite late 10.30pm I didn't really mind this. Very easy to put together, I did panic a little when I noticed a back rest missing but found the secret compartment underneath the sofa 🤣 The guys managed to get it in ok. Could tell they were exhausted and still offered to put it together for the £30 as advertised, i opted not to go for this option thats the husbands job. i would definitely buy from you again, did i mention i only ordered 3 days ago. Top notch service

Worst buy & experience we've ever had on Amazon
I bought this item 10 months ago, however over the last month or so two of the seams on one of the units have started to fray and separate (material on the seat of the sofa) We don't have kids or pets and are at work most of the day so it's not as if it has had a lot of use and certainly no misuse!!!. Despite weeks of trying to resolve the situation with the seller and maker via Amazons poor customer service system, we have received little or no help and to date we have a sofa, starting to fall apart and no recourse.
