I had a muscle injury and ordered this wheat bag to help with it and it did,put it in my microwave for a couple of minutes and it was lovely and warm on my neck and shoulder,really helped with the pain and smelled really good,it's good quality material and I would definitely buy again

Great size, easy to use, great instructions on the label and keeps the heat well.

Theses bags are great and replace a hot water bottle.They retain their heat for quite a long time.Omly microwave for 1.20 minutes

Lovely source of heat, heat in Microwave, lay across painful knee, bliss. Molds to the shape of my knee, when it cools give it a shake and get a couple of minutes more warmth before reheating. Smells nice too.

Bought for lower back pain - cover very thin compared to others so bag tends to loose heat relatively quickly, no lavender scent but main issue is that it does not seem to be well filled so when heated it tends to go to one end or other so difficult to localise on pain. On a very positive note it states compliance to BS8433:2004 Microwavable personal warmers and has a batch code.

Material cover is good quality and the size is perfect

The product was fine. looked good and provided the heat I needed, but effect did not last long, maybe 45 minutes.R

Great product, albeit being a little short for my thick ignorant man's neck. On a dainty lady's swan-like, it would be the absolute business.Microwave it in steps to establish it's heating duration to avoid getting burnt by letting it get too hot. It WILL burn you if you leave it too long in the MW!!!

This is a great smaller size heat pack. I appreciate that it is unscented, as most scented ones smell very perfumy and artificial to me. I like how to fabric feels, and this is easy to heat up in the microwave.

My wife goes through a few of these every year and she says this is one of the best ones she's tried.I like the fact that this doesn't have that really bad burnt rice smell after you microwave it that literally every other warmer like this has. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is because this was sold to us as a neck and shoulder wrap and I don't think it's long enough.I'm a guy.. and not a relatively big framed guy.. and this doesn't really wrap around the neck or sit on the shoulders very well unless you're holding on to it. If it were a few inches longer I think this would be perfect.

Just a minute or so in the micro and it is warm and eases my achy knee or back. Good size. Nice and soft. Will buy again.

Op zich een mooie maar ietwat kleine zak, maar de zak blijft veel te kort warm. Binnen 20 minuten niet warm meer. Jammer.

I love anything I can simply toss in the microwave for heat therapy. This takes a fairly quick 80 seconds and the heat stays for a decent amount of time. I would say about 20mins for noticeable heat, depending on where you have it. I sometimes put it behind my lower back in my computer chair and it's still warm (not hot) closer to 40mins later if I don't move.I have a bigger heat bag and wanted a smaller one for certain times. This one is a great size for me, and it's cute! Just be careful to not put it on bare skin or over thin clothing because it will burn.
