The pillow came in a very compact package, and fluffed up right away when I cut away the plastic. It looked smaller than I had expected at first but it turned out to be the perfect size for me. I needed something to used under my neck as all pillows I have seem to flatten up when I sleep on them and my neck end up not being supported. I put this under my neck at the bottom of my pillow and it has been nice sleeping.

I have had this pillow for 2 1/2 days now and it is STILL NOT filled out. I was looking forward to having a new pillow with comfort and I still have to wait that much longer. I will wait 2 more days and if it hasn't filled out completely by then I'm getting a refund and attempting to try a different one. Very disappointed 😞

It's a bit more firm than I'd like it to be. I had to order a replacement because the zipper broke.

Went with one of the cheapest. It works, but probably should have spent more on a better one.

Very uncomfortable! It's just way hard.

Pillow came wrapped tightly. It's been 20 minutes since I took it out and it's still flat as can be. I doubt it will fill out at this point, and even if it does, it won't be much. Disappointing.

Nice bolster pillow.

I wanted this for arm support while laying on my side and it is too small around and too firm.
