Fittest Pro Shoulder Ice Pack Wrap, HSA or FSA Eligible, Reusable Cold Therapy Wrap for Tendonitis, Swelling, Rotator Cuff, and Recovery

I injured my shoulder and used this for inflammation and swelling. It worked okay but did not stay cold for long. I used it probably 5 times. The material is floppy, so it kept sliding and shifting. I adjusted the strap tighter. I use it seldomly. Wish it was more fitted or more snug on arm.

Heavy, is the first impression. Must be the gel filling? However, my husband’s been wearing it while playing tennis and says it’s comfortable and has really helped with his shoulder pain. After doing some yard work he used it after putting in the freezer for a while. We’ll have to see how it feels wearing it on a hot day. It’s very flexible and soft and stays secure with the Velcro even while playing tennis. So far, a better result than those from tapes, wraps, salves and even, PT.

I like this a lot, but it doesn’t hold the cold as long as I had hoped. I am still glad I purchased it. I just bought some extra ice packs to slide under the sleeve to keep it colder longer. It is comfortable and I think the combo is going to be perfect.

I had bicep tendinitis. This was awesome! For some people, it may actually help to buy two for certain phases of recovery. But I think that's probably unnecessary for most in even the most laborious stages of recovery because the maximum level of application to non application time is more than achievable for most people with just one as long as you use it for the prescribed time then immediately putting it back in the freezer.

Mixed review for this one, but, overall I’m glad I bought it. It does fit well (I have thicker arms with batwings too). It does cool the shoulder nicely. There are two concerns/drawbacks. And one wish list. Concern 1 is if you put it in the fridge it doesnt get or stay cold enough. But in the freezer its so cold it will damage skin from exposure. Concern 2 is as many other reviews mention, there is not an easy way to put it on one-handed or by yourself. Most people using this have a bum shoulder, i physically cant reach across my body to tighten this. Now, my one wishlist iten is that it had a little bit more to start going up the neck a little. Cover more of the upper traps muscle. Most people with bum shoulders also have the pain going up into the back of their neck. As I said, i like it, I just have to be cognizant of the temperature and ensure i put a scrap of fabric under it if I do it at night.
