I bought this for my 94 year old Dad. He couldn't get up and down without help. I had looked at local furniture stores and medical supply stores and they all were priced between $1100 - $2000. Not to mention, none of them looked nearly as good as this does. The chair arrived a day and a half after ordering. I was immediately impressed with the quality. Very simple to assemble and set up. I gave it a try and it is awesome! I got him to try it and his face lit up when he realized that he could actually get up and down by himself again. After he got all the way down I told him to keep going, to recline back with the leg rest up. I then proceeded to turn on the heat and massage. He was delighted with those features. The massage functions really feel good and will help with his circulation. I would recommend this chair to anyone who needs one.

Like the ease of standing after a surgery. I will sleep in this recliner during recovery. I like the massage and heat option . All around good for price.

I bought this for mother in law. It was easy to put together, the massage is great, not sure I feel the heat at all. Reclines almost flat. Lift is good.Looks wonderful compliments my decor. 4 stars only bc I thought the heat would be felt more.

The chair was ordered for an elderly person recovering from an accident. So far, she’s hardly gotten to sit in the chair since the rest of the family has been in it all day enjoying the massage and reclining. Looks heavy duty and comfortable for a 5’-4” to a 6’-1” person.

Not super comfortable, but was fine for me, after major surgery. However, I’ve only had it 8 months and only really started using it, 4 months ago, after surgery and there is a major tear in the footrest. I am the only one who uses it, so it didn’t happen due to overuse. Very disappointed.I have reached out to the company, I’ll update if they do something to make this right.

Seat is comfortable with good support. The seat sits a bit higher than my previous chair. The power up/down seems to be a bit faster than my previous power chair. My grandson thinks the cup holders are too high (not a problem for me).

This chair was purchased for a friend who was undergoing major surgery. During the consult prior to the procedure, we were told that she’d have very limited mobility for a time and didn’t need to use core muscles when sitting or standing.I placed the order while she was in surgery. I chose “leather” with the thought that it would be easy to clean. The chair was delivered FAST. Setup was easy! (Her 16 year old son completed it by himself)The chair was plugged in and ready to go once she was discharged. It was a LIFESAVER! Over the weeks of recovery, she spent about 12-16hrs/ day in the chair. Its remote features allowed her to adjust positions for comfort and support. It also allowed her to regain some independence and control by allowing close access to items held in roomy pockets and allowing her to get into standing position without assistance. (In tough moments, it’s the small things…)She has more surgeries to go but the journey seems a little less daunting with this! 💖

We ordered 2 chairs, which since it was not cheap and online I was concerned if there were any problems. The seller was very helpful before we completed the purchase. And answered a quick question after the delivery very quickly. We like the chairs very much, and like the seller even more.

I can't stick with my original 5 star rating. I have reached out to this company over & over again. My remote does not work for the heater/massager. So until they rectify this problem I won't be happy. Please send me a new remote. Mine DOES NOT WORK !!!!
