Diono Sure Fit Seat Belt Placement Adjuster, Black

This does the job perfectly. It does say it's for children but as a 5' 2" woman driver I have always had problems with too high seatbelts, even when the door post adjuster is at the lowest point. I have tried metal clips, plastic clips and even resorted to keeping it away from my throat by looping a bit of cloth over the belt and sitting on the cloth! Probably illegal and not very safe but it worked. I finally gave in to my husband's nagging and tried to find something a tad safer. I came across this on Amazon and doubted it would work - nothing ever had before. But it's perfect. One end is secured at the base of the main belt, the other can be adjusted by velcro up where it catches you and it holds it there. Keeping it down those few inches which make such a difference. Wouldn't be without it now and no more useless plastic clips. Recommended.

Arrived promptly and well packaged. The seatbelt restrainer does exactly that and most effectively. My only complaint is that it is slowly shredding my car seatbelt. I understand that the 'Velcro' needs to be heavy duty for safety reasons, but does it need to be where it rubs against the seatbelt?

Would have worked well is the metal connector hadn't broken. There is a small metal insert which popped out after the first use and I had to return it so have been disappointed with the quality of this product. That said I got a full refund without any issues.

As a lady with a generous chest the seat belts are always uncomfortable.Having used plastic clips with poor results in the past i was extremely happy with this product...well i have bought 3 so each car has one.It is super quick to move from seat belt to seat belt and helped with 6.5year old ona booster seat in holiday rental car.

I purchased this as I have trouble with my right shoulder so it was difficult to have my seat belt on after a few weeks the stitching came undone on the velcro. As long as you have a sewing machine that will take the thickness of the material you will be ok then you can sew it yourself.I would not recommend.

Have used this belt for a great grandchild, and purchased a second for use in their family car. It can be used by an adult.

Does the job, although I worry that the seat belt will get worn by having to draw through the stiff folded section repeatedly.

I use this belt for an adult and have done for the past four years. I am 5-2" and all seat belts go accross my neck because I am short.It makes the car seat belt more comfortable, you should advertise them for " little adults " as well as children.A brilliant idea. Thanlyou.

Neues Auto, neues Problem: der Gurt sitzt bei mir - Körpergröße < 150 cm - und lässiger entspannter Sitzposition am Hals bzw. am Kinn.Das ist selbst bei Kleidung mit Kragen äußerst unangenehm bzw. im Falle eines Unfalls sogar riskant. Aufgrund meiner geringen Größe (im Alter noch mal geschrumpft) bin ich von der Gurtpflicht befreit. Aber trotzdem wird der Gurt angelegt, weil es einfach ein sicheres Gefühl ist. Also alle möglichen Hilfsmittel für eine Gurt-Regulierung ausprobiert.Und nur dieses Teil ist das passende. Der obere Gurt wird nach unten gezogen, wobei der Beckengurt da bleibt, wo er hin gehört. Es ist zwar "nur" ein mittels Spange und Klettband anzubringendes Zwischenstück an den Standard-Gurt, aber eine enorme Erleichterung. So etwa alle 2 Wochen kommt es mal vor, dass sich der Gurt = das Endstück verheddert oder aus dem Zwischenteil rausrutscht, aber das ist nur ein Klacks zur Neuausrichtung.Und da ich amtliche Gurtbefreiung habe, darf ich als Fahrer und schwergewichtigere Person (als in der Produktbeschreibung genannt) ohne Bedenken diesen Gurtregler verwenden.

Obwohl darauf ein Kinderbild abgebildet ist und man denkt es handelt sich um ein Kinderprodukt, nein, ist es nicht. Kann an jeden Gurt, ob bei Erwachsenen oder Kindern, ganz einfach angebracht werden und individuell eingestellt werden. Jahrelang habe ich alles mögliche probiert, weil mir der Gurt immer bis zum Hals gerutscht ist und mich da sehr gestört hat. und ich denke, bei einem Unfall wäre ichzwar nicht durch die -scheibe geflogen, aber mir wäre der Hals aufgeschnitten worden ;-). Die Sicherheit von schlecht sitzenden Gurten bleibt nach wie vor fragwürdig für mich.Jedenfalls bin ich happy, endlich eine Lösung gefunden zu haben. Der Gurt sitzt jetzt perfekt.

Hält den Gurt fest an Ort und Stelle. Meine Tochter benutzt ihn, wodurch die Sitzerhöhung ja eigentlich den Sinn verliert und ich benötige ihn auch, weil ich nur 1,62 bin und jeder Gurt mit "egal-welcher-Einstellung" direkt an der Halsschlagader sitzt und dort nicht nur unangenehm scheuert sondern auch sehr gefährlich ist.Einziges Manko: Das erneute Anschnallen ist mit dem Diono dran immer 'ne Fummelei, weil sich der Gurt so leicht verdreht in dem leichten Wirrwarr!

Sono di media statura e ho un seno abbondante, la cintura della mia 500 praticamente mi impicca.Ho Provato diverse soluzioni ma non ho ancora trovato qualcosa che sia pratico e non sia brutto da vedere.Nel caso di questo oggetto è poco pratico, ogni volta che mi infilo la cintura dovrei agganciare anche questo e regolarne la distanza.Resta comunque ben fatto, la cinghia è robusta e il gancio pure.

Neues Auto, alles toll. Leider ist eine Höhenverstellung des Sicherheitsgurtes nicht möglich und somit läuft mir der Gurt in Kinnhöhe über den Hals. Dies veranlasste mich, ständig daran rum zu ziehen, weil es sehr unangenehm ist bzw. war.Mit diesem genialen Teil hab ich den Gurt im Griff oder besser vom Hals. Denn jetzt läuft er da, wo er hin gehört.Kann ich nur empfehlen...

Ein solcher Gurt ist für kleine Menschen sehr praktisch, jedoch ist das Anschnallen mit dem Diono dran immer 'ne Fummelei, weil sich der Gurt so leicht verdreht. Ebenso funktioniert der Klettverschluß nach ein paar Wochen nicht mehr. Er bleibt nicht mehr haften. Also Geld aus dem Fenster geworfen.

bei kleinen Kindern liegt der Gurt meist zu dicht am Hals, was durch den Zusatzgurt von Sure Fit ausgleichen wird. Anfangs ist es eine etwas fummelige Angelegenheit das Metallteil am Gurt des Autos zu befestigen, aber dann sitzt es auch und macht eine soliden Eindruck, und später ging es bei anderen Autos /Taxis recht leicht. Wir waren mit einem 3-jährigen 2 Wochen unterwegs, und haben den Gurt zusammen mit einer Autositzerhöhung genutzt, und waren sehr zufrieden.

Das teil nehme ich mit dem Booster auf Reisen mit wenn wir nicht mit unserem Auto unterwegs sind, kann mein kind doch sicher mitfahren. Es lässt sich super leicht anbringen und verstellen, ich finde es sehr wichtig, denn sonst liegt der gut am Hals meines Kindes. Ist sicher ideal vom alter 4-7. Kann ich weiter empfehlen.

Ich habe diesen Extragurt für mich selbst bestellt, nicht für einen Kindersitz. Mir rutschte der obere Teil des Gurts immer an den Hals. Dank diesem zusätzlichen Gurt rutscht nichts mehr. Der obere und untere Teil des Autogurts sind nun miteinander verbunden und halten so besser. Der Abstand kann durch den Klettverschluss eingestellt werden. Sehr gute Verarbeitung.

Die Lieferung war gewohnt schnell und der Artikel ordentlich verpackt. Wir haben den Gurt für unseren Sohn gekauft und sind sehr zufrieden. Einfache Montage und große Effektivität. Endlich bleibt der Gurt, wo er hingehört.

Wir waren erst recht skeptisch und haben es ausprobiert und waren positiv überrascht. Leichtes anbringen und es hält was es verspricht...der Gurt ist vom Hals weg....Und der Preis ist einfach Spitze...
