Great time saver
Worked so good I bought a second one so I don't have to change the cables on the machine

Waste of time and money
I have spent more time trying to keep the machine in alignment and working properly than it would have taken me to just label my jars by hand. After setting it upbeach time, the labels will start straight and after a couple of jars, it drifts to the side and begins applying crooked. I have made many adjustments to no avail, the machine is just poorly designed.Unfortunately, I just got around to using it so my return window is expired, otherwise I would be returning to get my money back.

Quirky but effective
These are quirky and require some skill and patience to use, but fair for the price. It's more than paid for itself in labor savings.

Nice lil machine!
I make and sell hot sauces and have started making custom labels. This is going to streamline that process a bunch, as applying labels by hand always resulted in bubbles and uneven lines. Easy to follow directions to set up and surprisingly sturdy and heavy from what I was expecting.

OK Unit But Needs Two Parts Replaced
The setup isn't hard, but there were two problems. One of the rubber rollers has about a one inch crack on the end where the rubber is already falling off, and a thumbscrew was missing. The design is OK, not great, as the biggest hassle is attaching the end of the backer film to a smooth roller. The easiest way we found to attach it is with some tape. There's no slot or other way to attach it and there's no guides on the takeup roller whatsoever. If you don't tape the end to this roller perfectly, the labels will be crooked, and there's no access to that roller from the top or side. The size of the unit is just what's needed. It has a good basic solid design, but as usual with a lot of this stuff, there's little attention to detail like making sure all the parts are included and not defective. And as is so typical, they could have very easily made this a much better unit, but they didn't. The missing thumbscrew was replaced by a 5mm metric machine bolt from a local hardware store, but the roller must be replaced.I have to attempt to get a thumbscrew and a new roller or I'll have to return this unit if they don't respond, especially the cracked rubber roller. The rubber is lifting off the roller, not just a small crack. Being brand new, this isn't a good start. We'll see how the customer service aspect goes. Update: Amazon said there were no replacement parts or even a new replacement machine so I have to return this machine for a refund and buy something different. That'll work but it's a shame.

Waste of Time Machine is cheap
The machine is weak leaves air bubbles on labels and sometimes comes out crooked. Not worth the time buying it to send it back.
