The large is quite large
I ordered large because my wedding ring size is T. The large is too big. When it works it’s great, but when it slips, and it does slip, the ring is exposed. I imagine the small would be better for me, just didn’t realise I’d be a small size.

Its a bit of silicon. Not worth the price. Got 10 ring protectors off ebay for 1.99pounds

Lovely fit but not durable
Absolutely loved this product, fit perfectly and felt secure but comfortable however it split in half after the second use so not very durable
