I was one of those people who would go to the local mattress store, make impulse shoppings because the mattress sales guys are so good, and half of the time regretted my selection. Until I discovered mattress online shopping, it is a game changer. This mattress solidifies my confidence in purchasing mattress online. It is very well packaged with nice little touches (like the mattress unpacking knife) that makes you feel like they really care about your experience. The mattress is really heavy but because it came vacuum sealed, it wasn’t too hard to move it onto the bed frame and set it up.In terms of comfort level, I would give it 7.5 out of 10. It gives me great support and soft like a cloud

Mattress came next day delivery. So impressive, but I have more to say after one week sleeping on it.So magical relief my back pain in the morning, and feels like a normal people again. Firmness is about the 6/10. It is balance with plush and firm. If you need very firm mattress, this is not the one. I feel like it is more on plush side.And thick and quite, it bound back very fast in the morning. I was sleeping with expensive brand name mattress like over $5K , but I like this one better, great value for money.Nice stitches and luxury feel material.

This matress has excellence balance of comfortable and support on my spine. i am very happy for this level of firmness. It's been giving me good sleeping quality. thats why i want to review it.update After 2 weeks.I have been able to get my full night sleeping on this new bed. The bed is not super tall on its own, with the new bed frame i make it close to my knee area and when I lay on my back ,the bed is soft enough to catch me comfortably, the extra layer on top of the bed make it a plus.I love this bed and no regret to make the right decision. i recommend it.

I did a lot of research, both online and in person before I purchased this mattress for my new adjustable bed. I was looking for a hybrid mattress that was plush in firmness. The mattress is a bit firmer than I expected, but does have a nice soft foam top on it. I haven't had the mattress for long and it seems like dips form in the area that I sleep in - but the jury is still out on that. It could be that sleeping creates depressions in the mattress and the foam recovers after. I will update this review after using the mattress for a longer period of time.

Good value for the money. Very comfy good investment.

After weeks of tossing and turning on my old mattress I decided to upgrade to this new one and I couldn't be happier with my choice, the moment I lay down on it I felt an amazing difference the plush memory molds perfect to my body. I have struggled with back pain for years and I realized it was for my old mattress because this provided me the right amount of support and I wake up feeling refreshed instead of sore. The cover is soft and inviting and even though I tend to overheat at night this mattress keeps me cool and comfortable.

I was sleeping on an 8 inch memory foam walmart special for a few years. I went to a local mattress store and tested several mattresses. They were all priced at 1500 to 2500 each. I bought this one instead. It came in fast. Installed easy. Needed 2 people to wrangle it around. I have slept very well these last few days.Great mattress Great price.

I am pleased with this mattress. I bought this being unsure of whether I could actually fit it up my stairs. To my pleasant surprise, it came compressed in a box which is very heavy but manageable with 2 people. The mattress is soft and comfortable. The price drew me to this mattress, which cost around $400 when other mattresses cost thousands. Overall it feels like quality there are no rips or anything like that after using it for a few weeks now. My wife and I have been sleeping great and it was an upgrade from our 15-year-old mattress. Overall I am pleased and would recommend this mattress to anyone who may have a small staircase and needs something that can be compressed.
