Hit or Miss
The first time we bought these they were fantastic. Sweet and tart with a slightly chewy texture. The second time, they were hard and bitter and we could barely bite through them. I know Pineapples can vary widely in sweetness, tartness and texture. You can get a really woody pineapple. I think there needs to be some sort of quality control here... We stopped our subscription after the second bag was so bad.

Perfect for cocktails
These were perfect for making "campfire" cocktails. Just soaked in the alcohol for 36 hours and they greatly enhance the flavor.
