This does work well it just takes time. I have been taking it for a year now. Easy to swallow sleep quality is very good. It does improve appetite control. I have lost 50 lbs. with diet and exercise while taking this.

Product does not work as advertised. I followed the directions written onthe label, and saw no change in my weight. Don't waste your money on this.

These work well!
I like this product. It works well for me. I sleep better, feel calmer during the day, don’t feel a nawing hunger, and it decreases water retention. It’s great in winter because it can cause some heat burning energy during the night. The only issue I have had are leg/muscle cramps at night while taking the product. Yes, I have also lost some weight.

I've been taking this for a couple of weeks. I take it at bedtime. The jury is still out whether this product induces fat burning, but the sleep side of this has given me some strange dreams. We shall see.
