I have nothing to compare this product to, I've never used anything like this before.I used this as instructed by the bottle. I swished for about 10 minutes which is a bit too long but that's what was recommended. Initial taste test, bit of sweet and minty flavor, not bad. It is a little oily but not too oily so ma not sure if that's negative or not. Perhaps more oil more effectiveness.I rinsed well and brushed right after with no negative feelings.My favorite part is the scraper which works very well, just be careful not o press it too hard on your tongue as you scrape.So far positive experience.

This coconut and mint oil pulling mouth wash is beyond my expectation. I never tried oil pulling mouthwash before. I thought it might be similar to normal mouthwash. Glad I decided to give it a try. It tastes a bit sweet. Very pleasant taste, very gentle on my oral mucosa, no harsh alcohol burning sensations at all. The instruction says swish 15ml of the pulling oil for at least 2 minutes, and10 minutes would have even better results. It's a lot longer than normal mouthwash, but I don't really mind since this pulling oil really tastes great. And after swishing 2 to 10 minutes ( I think I try to swish as long as I can every time), it's recommended to follow up with tooth brushing and tongue scraping. There's a small stainless steel tongue scraper included. Even without tooth brushing and tongue scraping, just using the oil pulling mouthwash alone makes my oral cavity so refreshing. Nice product. I find it so much more pleasant to use than alcohol-based mouthwash.

I absolutely love using this mouthwash. The mint makes my mouth feel so refreshed after! So far I have noticed a change in my teeth color. I have braces and have noticed some plaque buildup around the brackets. Since I have been using this product it is barely visible now! This bottle comes with a measuring cup ( which I just squirt right in my mouth) and a tongue scraper. Be sure you shake it well before using! I will definitely continue to buy this product!

Good, but I thought I was buying another brand and realize the labeling is the same. So disappointed I didn’t order the authentic that was my bad.

The pulling oil has a pleasant flavor, and there is no mouthwash burn, so swishing it for the recommended 10 minutes isn't an issue. 1 tablespoon seems a small amount for me, but I do have a big mouth :-). My mouth did feel cleaner and fresher afterwar using it. Using this in tandem with a good brush really leaves your mouth feeling clean and refreshed. This would be a good alternative to mouthwash for anyone that has a concern about alcohol content in regular mouthwash.

I'd done oil pulling before and was pleased with the results and decided to get back on the wagon and try again. Before I was using solid coconut oil, so this round I decided to try something a bit easier and go with a liquid. This is a nice set as it offers a tongue scraper too. I like the convenience of the liquid with a securely closing top. I still won't be spitting this liquid down the drain as I believe it will solidify is cold enough. Then I have a septic system and I have no desire to see what it'd do in the tank. The flavor is pleasant and easy. It's a mild minty flavor. The price is very reasonable. I just spit mine into a baggie and toss it. Great product and I hope the liquid makes it easier to stick with it!

This Pulling Oil is An Amazing Addition to My Personal Care Routine.I Am Impressed with the Results that I have Already have gotten from using it.The liquid has Peppermint & Coconut Oil which makes it have a light minty flavor with a natural coconut oil smoothness.It’s an Easy to Use Mouthwash but it can be a little challenging to keep swishing it through your teeth for the recommended 10 minutes but it’s Completely Worth It.Warning: Caution‼️ Don’t be Alarmed when you see the color of the mouthwash once you spit it out of your mouth.‼️It States that YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO SWALLOW ITIt may be dark but it’s deep clean your gums and teeth. 🦷 My Mouth Feels Refreshed, and Clean with Whiter Shinier.I Highly Recommend Try ✅❤️
