Amazing , got for my oldest boy due to unknown allergies and now doing same for my youngest child , easy to use , really simple instructions and amazing results , not bad price and super quick delivery

This is a very easy to use test, you send the hair samples and results are emailed a couple of days later. The report is very informative and highlights your own likely intolerances- it is not an allergy test, but it does give you a clear indication of food and non-food items you might be sensitive to. It confirmed some of the foods I thought I might sensitive to. Also the list of vitamins and minerals you are low on was very useful.

I liked that the kit was delivered quickly, instructions were clear and a postage paid 1st class return envelope was supplied. What I don’t like and would not recommend anyone to buy this unless they are happy to wait for their results (I’m still waiting for mine) is the time it takes to return the test and the results to come back. After querying the delay I was asked if I had sent it back as tracked, which I hadn’t as they supplied a first class pre paid envelope. Sent it back 1st class on the 13th, now the 19th and no sign of my test being delivered to them. I do understand Royal Mail has its own issues but if you are required to send the test result back as tracked and recorded then I would suggest they don’t include a rerun envelope.

Sent for my son which he said was really easy to do and follow. Did take a bit of time to come back but when did was sent a thorough and detailed report. Overall would recommend to do.

,we bought this to test our son for a nut allergy, after he had a reaction after eating nuts,We had to take a sample of hair ,then send it off in the envelope, after 10 days, the results came back , According to this our son is allergic to everything!! Don’t rely on this ,as it’s not accurate, see a specialist.

Seemed to be what was required after being advised there are no allergy tests available on NHS, took the test with easy to follow instructions and waited a few weeks for the results which were delivered by email. Great system however could I understand the results? Not a chance, neither could anyone I showed them to.
