Mattel The Sing-A-Ma-Jigs Duets - Red with Puppy

I have been a fan of Sing-A-Ma-Jigs since they were first introduced several years ago. I bought about 6 of them then under the guise as Christmas presents for my then 12 year old daughter but they were really for me.The Duets versions are slightly taller and skinnier than the original versions. When I first saw the Duet version featured here on Amazon I thought that the baby would work independently of the big Jig but it doesn't. I guess that would take quite a bit more engineering on the inside of the toy though. Regardless, they still feature the different sing modes with the press of the extended hand and the extra mouth movement of the baby just adds to the fun!I bought two of these for my Grandson who is almost 6 months. He loves to watch them sing but I don't know how long it will be before he can play with them himself because the little tummies are still hard to press.I recommend these for child AND adult entertainment. Getting two or more is best because then you can play with them all together and make some interesting harmonies.

My son got this for his birthday, and he would like it a whole lot more if he could actually push the button to make it sing. It is pretty tough to press, especially for a small toddler.

I bought this because my son loves the one that my nephew had and I thought he would love to have his own. This one is just too hard for his little hands to push so he has no interest in it. It is cute, just too hard for my child to actually use

I BOUGHT SEVERAL OF THESE FOR CHRISTMAS BECAUSE I THOUGHT THEY WERE SO CUTE...I WANTED THEM TO HELP WITH SOME SINGALONGS WE HAD FOR A PARTY....THERE WERE A FEW THINGS WRONG...ONE THEY ARE A LOT SMALLER THAN I THOUGHT AND THEY ARE VERY HARD TO PRESS TO GET THE SOUND OUT..ALSO THE VOLUME IS VERY LOW SOME PEOPLE COULDN'T HEAR THEM AT ALL...THEY WERE PRICEY FOR WHAT YOU GOT AND I WAS SURPRISED THE KIDS DIDN'T REALLY CARE FOR THEM EITHER

This is a really cute sing a ma jig. When it sings there are two voices that harmonize with eachother. It is just like the singular sing a ma jigs in that it sings a song, and makes silly noises. One thing I did notice is that it is a little harder to squeeze and make it sing/talk then the other kind. This may frustrate a younger child. Overall though it is a cute and unique idea.

This little dynamic duo gets a smile every time you play the music. Ipurchased them for a four month old, and she loves them, and to my surprise sodid her 2 and 4 year old cousins. I am ordering each of them a set for Christmas.The price is phenominal for the set. Fisher-Price is still giving us great quality, entertaining toys at affordable prices. Very happy with this purchase.

It is a fine product and one of the few toys my autistic son takes an intrest in. The only problem I'd say is when you press the belly moderatly, the sing a majig's mouth doesn't move, unlike the single, sing a majig's. But if the kiddo is happy, is it realy a problem?
