Really Useful Storage Box 35 Litre XL Pack of 2

I wasn't given the item for free or at a discount. I review a very small percentage of what I buy, I just don't have the time to be that active on here. I try to make sure I've lived with the item and if there are issues give the supplier a chance to respond. Issues have been a rare experience even for someone as picky as me :-)We have a garage full of differing storage boxes, mostly from budget or DIY shops. These involve a slight premium but are by far the best quality, that I've come across. They're extremely sturdy and many sizes will stack together too. The packaging on this delivery wasn't ideal, one box was cracked in transit which must have taken some force as I've fell back onto one before and not a mark. Got in touch with the supplier and it was replaced next day without a quibble.Footnote: I'm a little fed up with the Amazon review structure, a recent lightening deal I was considering hit home a long held view and prompted me to add this forward. Reading the left hand column of reviews, the item had numerous 5 star reviews from 'Top 100 Reviewers', 'Top 500 Reviewers' and 'Vine Voices'. On the right hand side, the most recent reviews, it was a contradicting story; quite a few 1 star reviews, some 2 stars and a minority of 4 and 5 stars. It highlights the failings of a professional reviewer system. I want to hear from people who actually want the item, describe whether it lived up to expectations and what their views are after living with it. I don't want to hear from someone who got a freebie or discounted item that they probably had little desire for, and then churn out a quick review before moving onto the next freebie. It adds no value at all and I'd love to have those reviews filtered unless I choose to view them.

Fantastic product. I bought these to hold vinyl albums, they hold about 90. Very sturdy, well made boxes. Would definitely buy more when I need them

These boxes are sturdy and ideal for packing delicate items when moving house. I packed all my fragile items in various sizes of Really Useful boxes and nothing was broken. They were easily identified as the fragile boxes (in comparison to cardboard boxes) and they are easy to move and stack due to their sturdy construction and good, strong handles. Of course they can now be used to store items that are not in regular use - like my celebration cake- making equipment - allowing extra space for other regularly used items in my kitchen. A necessity when down-sizing!!!

These boxes with a slightly deeper lid are just the right size to carry my 12”x12” framed pictures to craft fairs. They are sturdy, portable and fit in the boot of my car.

Have used these boxes previously, they are sturdy, locking handles are firm and stay in place when in locked position. The XL gives you that bit more height which allows for taller items to be stored.
