Really impressed with the quality of these lite sticks especially at the price point. They work as designed and last a long time. Tested one and it is not only bright, but it is still glowing after 24 hours...not bright, but glowing.

These are nice sticks, but are completely different from military/civilian chem lights. These sticks are round/tubular while chem lights are hexagon shaped which means these ones are more likely to roll off a table if put on its side. Civilian chem lights have a hook and these have a carabiner like lock to stabilize on a line (when lassoing always use the hole, the lock is not enough) to hang in a tent. These "burn" brighter then a chem light but don't last quite as long. Activated one for 2 hours and then froze over night, was able to reuse multiple nights for 2 hours at a time in between freezing for longevity. Great for home and camping use but will consider mixing a few of these and regular chem lights in my car for emergency, not a complete replacement. A nice product at a decent price.

I still like glow Sticks With LEDs many people have abandoned glow sticks, but I find them very effective at my cabin without power. Two of these will provide enough light all night to navigate around the cabin and do minor tasks. At home during power outages, I place them in hallways and in kitchen

Superbly better than expected, a must-have for Preppers to store in their stockpile or to have in your vehicle for an emergency. The packaging says each glowstick lasts for up to 12 hours, but I've tested several sticks which lasts much longer.... 18 hours at room temperature, at full to acceptable brightness, slowly dimming at 20 hours and then completely dead after 24+ hours..... totally amazing and mind boggling. Yellow glowsticks (which I've purchased, box of 30) lasts much longer than other colors due to the chemicals used. So, if your looking for a long lasting glow, purchase these yellow colored sticks for your Bug-Out-Bag or for an unexpected emergencies. Priced very well and having an excellent manufactured quality.
