Perfect bean
Love this product. I use to make my vanilla extract and paste. There nice and moist and full of vanilla caviar per bean.

Great quality, taste and smell wonderful.
Smell amazing and well packaged/fully sealed as pictured. Can't wait to make coffee syrup and bake with these. They taste amazing and I prefer the organic certified beans for ease of mind. I used some to make creme brulèe and it was so good. This was a great deal for the size of the package.

Good bang for your buck
9 oz of vanilla beans for $41ish seems like a good deal to me. I'm not sure what kind of beans they are. Madagascar. Tahitian. But they smell like vanilla beans that I've ordered in the past. So I'm sure they will make great vanilla extract with vodka. They seem like a reasonable plumpness. I remember getting some in the past from a different company that seemed very dried out so they must have been grade b. So these grade A ones seem fine. They are all about 7 in long.

Beans seem fresh.
I’m not a connoisseur, but I’ve made vanilla from these beans twice. The people I gave the vanilla extract to, said it was good but not strong enough. Not to what they were used to anyway. Both batches I let steep for 6 months. The instructions I got from the internet.
