Nordic Ware Micro Mini Bundt Set, Four 1-Cup Servings, Sea Glass

Super product for making one cup mini cakes in the microwave. This is so much easier than using a mug that you can't remove the cake from. Our favorite recipe is 3-2-1 Mini Cakes (3 Tbsp. dry cake mixes, 2 Tbsp. water, 1 minute in the microwave on high). This is great for kids to safely make, and for those on diets that want a little treat! Recipe: 1 box Angel food cake mix (that requires only water to make), 1 box second cake mix with flavor of your choice. In a bowl mix 1 Tbsp. angel food cake mix, 2 Tbsp. other cake mix flavor, 2 Tbsp. water, and if desired, add 1 Tbsp. chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, nuts, apple pie filling, etc. and stir in. Mix until smooth. Pour into greased pan (we like avocado oil cooking spray) and microwave one pan at a time on high power for 1 minute. Altitude and wattage of the microwave can make the cooking time vary. Allow 2 minutes to cool before removing cake to a plate. Top with Reddi-wip or whipped cream, or ice cream. Great when made with a chocolate cake mix and peanut butter chips, or made with a French vanilla cake mix and apple pie filling or topped with fresh strawberries. (see photo) Mix in ideas are endless. The color of these pans is actually a darker green color, as shown in the photo. We store the angel food cake mix in one jar, a chocolate cake mix in a second jar, and a French vanilla cake mix in a third jar. This gives us many options. You always use one tablespoon of the angel food cake mix with 2 tablespoons of another cake mix flavor, because the angel food cake mix contains egg whites that help the cake rise. YUM!
