A great way to extend fan cables, but not a cheap way
These are great, they actually look better than most of the cables affixed to my case fans, in a way this is annoying. The braiding is decent, the cables feel solid, but they aren't cheap. I guess you're paying for quality. Also beware, the braiding is susceptible to damage from jagged heatsinks, particularly motherboard vrm ones as these cables are quite small and can catch. This isn't a quality issue as PSU cables suffer this, but because the fan cables are so much thinner they are more likely to catch.

Does the job and reasonably priced.

combined with fan splitters these are great
Allowed me to connect my limited mobo headers to all 6 fans using separate splitters.

Fan extension cables, what more can be said?
I always have a tendancy to need these in my builds, I tend to build oversized pcs or the fans are located so far away, its a struggle to get them to connect to the board. This four pack takes care of that, especially if you use a large tower in your build. The cables are high quality braided too, and should suffice for any 4 pin fan as an extender, allows me to reroute fans round the case a bit better, makes cable management a lot easier as well.Pros: four pin, four pack, braided extension cables,Cons: None I could find.

Relieves a frustration or adds to an aesthetic
Fans come with a large variation in cable lengths. In my picture, I've got a Corsair with an annoyingly short cable and an NZXT that's longer, but with an ugly wire. These are solid extensions with a nice firm connection. Although they're four pin, they'll also take three pin fans - and thanks to a small inclusion on the connector, you can't plug a three pin into the wrong pins (I really appreciate that). The cable extensions are nicely made with a firm mesh plastic sleeving that leaves them flexible, but almost impossible to kink. With nice rubber sleeving on each end, they look the part to. I routed my fan cables behind the motherboard trays, so its only the extension that is visible when they emerge from behind the backplate to connect to the motherboard. They fit nicely with the black and red aesthetic of my computer setup and look a heck of a lot better than the straggly kink-prone fan cables that came attached.I haven't tried this yet, but they look like they would sit nicely in a plastic arc guide to make the cables look like an intentional part of the computer design, rather than something you're trying to hide. That's next!

Essential extension for computer building
These cables provided a perfect solution to an ongoing problem I seem to have with case fans: they always come with a cable that is too short to go anywhere. I sometimes feel they are expecting me to cool down the power supply connector for the fan I have purchased. You get four 4-pin fan connector cables, which are compatible with other fans. I have some 3-pin and 4-pin fans, and everything worked fine. They can also work with 2-pin fans, supposedly, but I have not seen or used a 2-pin in years. These cables are long enough that you should be able to easily make routes between the closest connector point on the motherboard and the fan. They are also jacketed, which means that if they do happen to stray into a fan, you will hear it before it damages anything.Although it is tricky to review what is essentially a set of wires, I would say that the product is well made. Everything seems to have a sturdy build. In addition, I have purchased from Cable Matters a few times, and their products are generally good quality for reasonable prices.
