Yes BUT I’d highly suggest you already soak it in water and try exfoliating without soap first time, then go in the second time WITH soap to exfoliate again. I just do both time with soap and use different kinds of soaps for each step.

Great Product!

The product came exactly as advertised. I love them! They feel so amazing on my skin! The slight feeling of exfoliation against my skin feels relaxing and soothing during my shower. The lather is great and I love that I can wash them in the washing machine. I will definitely be purchasing more so that I can change them out every few days.

Not too soft or hard.

Works great for raking across back. Even if you can’t reach very good the length helps you out. Cut it shorter if you are flexible or want to do yoga in the shower with this. My preference would be to go a bit rougher like a loofa and really leave friction marks on my back, but this is not bad. Dries faster than poof balls or wovens, if spread out properly. No smell yet after reusing for a couple of months and taking a shower every second or third day.
