Excellent, sounds great!
This stethescope has a built in ECG lead giving you leads I, II, and III. It also has presets to optimize whatever you are examining--for example cardiac, lung, or general exam. It is easy to toggle between exams. I work in a very noisy emergency department and had basically stopped using a stethescope at all due to the ambient noise interferance and a little hearing loss over the years. Using this stethescope in the ED is fantastic. The sound is crystal clear and the presets greatly augment the clarity. It sounds way better than even the most expensive stethescopes I've had in the past. The ear pieces are pretty comfortable. The stethescope comes with an app that lets you display the ECG tracing and sound waves morphology from the exam. This is useful for learners to see the timing of the heart sounds and also for detecting the rhyhtm abnormality in irregular heartbeats. The app can be upgraded, which I tried. This will let you have additional features like detection of atrial fibrillation automatically or tracking your patient's exams with ECG tracings and recordings over time to monitor progress or deterioration. Downsides: Not really much to complain ablout. The chest piece is slightly larger and heavier than most stethescopes but its not really too bad and the chestpiece can easily be detached and placed in your pocket. Bottom line is I think this is by far the best stethescope I have every owned.

High Quality Product with Excellent AI Integration
I am a resident physician at a large academic program. I started using the Eko several weeks ago. This is a great product that has changed my approach to the cardiopulmonary exam. The Eko allows me to hear the heart and lung sounds just so much clearer than my traditional Littman. I've started to actually look forward to listening to a patient's heart, whereas before it was just a box I had to check. I have more confidence in what I am hearing on my exam with the Eko. With my analog stethoscope, the findings were often too subtle for me to have any conviction in what I was listening to. With Eko, not only are the sounds more crisp but I can correlate what I'm hearing to the visual audiographic readout on the app. Sounds like I'm hearing a holosystolic murmur? The audiograph on the app can corroborate this and give me some nice positive reinforcement. Sounds like maybe a patient's mitral regurgitation is improving after IV diuresis? I can compare recorded versions of exam on the app and verify this objectively. Additionally, in the few weeks I've used Eko, I have confirmed my suspicions of a new diagnosis of Afib using the AI arrhythmia detection tool in the Eko app. Also impressed with the battery life and happy with the easy to use controls on the stethoscope itself. Would recommend!

Game Changer; Must Buy!
High quality digital acquisition of heart sounds and rhythm, which transmits via blue tooth to Bose quality ears and smart phone app. The app then displays a 3 lead ecg and 2 dimensional illustration of heart sounds within the cardiac cycle. For an extra subscription fee, you may also opt for an AI driven tool that diagnoses sounds and rhythms. It is an expensive tool but also the best bedside assessment tool on the market.
