Do not spend your money for this trask phone I am So disappointed! I was very excited when I received this phone as it has a nice and big display but I was very disappointed when it started to malfunction. the keyboard would not pop up when I would tap a text box, many apps stopped working completely. Lags very bad have to reboot, audio is distorted using music or video, calls are muffled, when plugged in to ear phones you can hear music in background but vocals are cancelled. This phone is not at all as expected... Very unhappy with the product it also freezes up several times a day and has to be rebooted each time. poorly...Finaly throwed out the street to releas the dummy phone. no start for me.

I purchased a 5" Unlocked Android 4.2 Smart Phones 2Core WIFI AT&T T-Mobile Straight Talk 3G from goodsales2008.So far I have been unable to attach ringtones which I downloaded from Zedge into my contacts & functions list. They have a limited number of unappealing ringtones on the phone I received. I cannot send or review MMS, photos or other attachments. Have not been able to contact seller at their Support Center phone number. I also have not gotten any response from an email I sent to them on their website comments section.I'm not a genius when it comes to technology but I can figure it out after awhile. Had several friends who are more tech savvy than me and they could not figure out what was wrong. Their owners manual is limited (as most new technology is) on how to operate the product other than basics. Have not been able to find a HELP website or phone number.

1st I'll start by saying the ppl that gave bad reviews are either very picky or they work for a company that is feeling the competition or they are just hating in the Chinese, there is nothing wrong with this phone,I had the fall galaxy nexus when it 1st came out and it's no different but this doesn't over heat when charging it the screen is way more responsive then that screen was and the Windows phone that I had, there are vids on YouTube that will tell you where the cards go and show you how the screen looks the cpu powers the system great I mean this is the arm v7 iPhone 6 has the v8 the SIM goes on the right side facing down the sd on the left the big SIM in the middle facing up, I had a Windows phone and I can't see any difference in the camera but I'm also not a pro photographer but every feature that's in the phone works if you've had a Android phone then you know it's times when you get a freeze, mine hadn't yet but this is Android even Windows does it, to unlock developer options go to about phone and at the bottom it says build number tap until you get a pop up saying your a developer then connect to pc and get all of your drivers, because if you find a root for this you'll kill allot if high price phones out right now other then that don't let ppl discourage you if you want then phone get it it's a phone, does what a phone is suppose to do and has a few bells and whistles to boot, and idk if it's bc I unlocked the dev options or if it's like this already but once the phone sees the sd it makes it default write so you don't have to download the sdk and Jdk to change it tell you find a root and if anybody has a root let me know

I am completely dissatisfied with this phone. everything I try to do it takes FOREVER to load, wont let me install my sd card. only lets you install larger sims card with was no big deal I had the attachment to make mine larger. will not let me play any games I try to play and kicks me out also does the same when I try and send some one a message on face book have never had so many issues with a phone in my life! also there is no case or screen protecter for this phone ive looked EVERYWHERE!!!! my list can go on and on absolutely HATE THIS PHONE!!!

Our first touch screen phone,A great phone for first timers using a touch screen phone which we were. After a while it became where it didn't always function properly. We both download a few apps. This phone you can't download a lot of apps other wise it goes crazy as we found out down the road. The battery don't last long, half of the time the phone didn't work properly such as; being able to go to your text messaging, being able to call out or receive calls. Exactly what this phone is for is new beginners to get a feel of a touch screen. If you one of those people that are on your phone all the time using different apps this is not the phone for you.

I needed an unlocked phone for a trip to New Zealand where my cell carrier has no coverage. This phone provided the basics of what I needed. I'll hopefully be able to use it again for another trip.Pro's: Big display. Thin depth. Easy to set up.Cons: Much shorter battery life than my iPhone.

It was a gift for my brother. He did not like it at all. He prefers flip phones. However when he did use it I could here an echo ( it may have been something he set up) Other wise I thought it was a great value.

TROJEN VIRUS INSTALLED this phone is a peace of s*** super slow and eat up with virusis I got mcafee on it as soon as I turned it on it told me this phone has two built in trojens it keeps changing the setting I hate this phone DONT BUY IT !!!!!!!!

It's so s...l...o...w... and battery is not so good especially if you are a heavy user.

The phone would be a good phone if it wasn't so slow. Hopefully I can get it fixed but you get what you pay for.

This phone Has been trouble I only had it since May 1,2015 and now I'm ordering a different Brand! !!

Stay away from this phone. Touch screen is not very responsive, phone is slow and the battery life is horrible.

the phone was very slow. I never could download anything on it.when I trien to open an app it kept saying program not responding and shut down.
