Amazing wallet.
A nice slim versatile wallet which is low profile yet capable of carrying a more than the format would suggest. The 11 cards claim is a little over the top. I'd say 8 is more realistic (2 in the single slot, 1 in each of the opposite slots and 4 in the pull-out section). If you put more than 4 cards in the pull-out section, it starts getting jammed and a pain to use. That said, 8 should be more than enough for most people! Cash wise you can fit maybe £300 in £20 notes. The only problem is it causes the wallet to spring open when taken out. No issue here as I very rarely have more than £100 in cash. The item itself I love. The leather is soft, supple and has a great leather smell. I had this exact wallet (but in blue) for nearly 2 years. It was still in perfect condition and had developed a nice distressed look to the leather. I unfortunately lost that wallet, but in the midst of the annoyance and inconvenience of getting my cards replaced, I didn't think twice about ordering the same wallet to put them in. I just tried a different colour.

Very functional, nice quality
The wallet is very functional, very compact, nice quality leather. Fits a lot of cards and infolded bills and still manages to stay slimmer than your standard bifold. Quick delivery 👍🏻

Absolutely amazing wallet - if you can get over the price.
Bought this to replace an aging wallet which was basically falling apart. I had always wondered though, why - when I didn't particularly keep much in it, it was so chunky? It used to put me off taking it places if it had to go in my jeans pocket because it was so bulky. I began my search for a replacement, however it seems to me as someone living in the UK, that most wallets - especially the slimline ones - seem to be made with US notes in mind. American notes are of a uniform size, and not very tall. Thus, when trying to put a larger UK note like £20 in, the top few millimeters would stick out of the top and then get frayed over several days of squeezing it in and out of pockets etc. Enter the Bellroy Leather Note Sleeve... I had discovered this lineup of wallets and the reviews were generally good. Two things however stopped me from really buying one immediately. 1) That no-one was specifically calling out the fact that it was the right size for UK notes, and 2) the price! I ended up using a ruler to measure my current wallet and compare it to the given dimension of both the Bellroy Leather Slim Sleeve and also the Leather Note Sleeve wallets. In the end I determined the Note Sleeve would be the safest bet to accommodate UK bank notes. The money side of things was a little harder to decide upon. £65 is a *lot* for a wallet (to me, anyway), but I decided to give it a go, knowing that I'd returned things to Amazon before and the process was always so simple - so if it didn't suit my needs I could return it easy enough. When the wallet arrived, I transferred the contents of my old wallet over to this new one - and I kid you not - it was still less than half the thickness of my *now empty* old wallet. I cannot believe the difference. Even after putting 3 credit/debit cards, my nectar card, my gym membership card, my driving licence, a couple of my business cards, and 3 or 4 bank notes in it - it was LESS THAN HALF my old wallet's thickness! I knew right then it was the right choice and that I wouldn't be returning it. That was about a month or so ago and I've enjoyed using this wallet ever since (yes, when would you ever say you "enjoyed" using a wallet?). I have no issues carrying in in jeans pockets - or anywhere else. It is barely visible. The quality of the manufacturing seems good too - nice leather, stitched well, and the lining is nice too. The card slots, which initially were quite 'stiff' have softened up though usage so it's easy to get the cards in and out. And I especially like the "pull tab" mechanism to retrieve the less-used cards from their hiding place. The only downside to this wallet is that although there is a place to put coins, I really wouldn't bother. It is a little fiddly with a little flap, built into the back of the note holding slot. But, if you can get over the £65 price tag - which admittedly I would knock a star off for if only I didn't like it so much - then this is a very worthy investment and I don't regret buying it for a second.

great little
Bellroy have always had a soft spot in my heart, but recently `I have found their wallets too bulky and switched to a metal pull up card holder. However this little beauty changed all that. It holds all the cards i need, .plus a pocket for my lucky silver dollar plus all the cash I need (in notes). Absolutely love it.

Lasted seven years
This wallet is exceptionally good quality, to the point that mine only just started to wear out after just under seven years of being my main wallet (bought September 2016) and being chucked in bags, put in back pockets and sat on and being carried around all over the place alongside keys, phones and god knows what else - but even then it still fundamentally works, just looks scuffed inside and has some holes worn through on the inner fold. Even the little pull tab for infrequently used cards works absolutely fine after this long as being a daily driver. It's so good, compact and durable that I didn't consider any other wallet for a replacement. I'm annoyed that they discontinued the previous blue colour I had, and some of the pockets got looser over time, but that's literally the only issues I have and they're incredibly petty. The tolerances on the new one appear a bit tighter and now it comes with RFID blocking whereas my previous one didn't have this. I also have a Bellroy phone case and this too is excellent quality. Wouldn't hesitate to buy another one.

Bellroy: quality costs less
As other reviewers have commented, this is not a cheap option for a wallet. Is it worth it? On the evidence so far I would have to say yes. This wallet is well-designed, sleek and does precisely what Bellroy claims it will: store your cards and money without producing a bulky wallet to lug around. The compartment for notes easily takes UK-size notes of £5, £10 and £20 denominations, and the flap compartment takes a few bits of loose change, but you certainly can't over-stuff this section - five one pound coins max? 3 front slits take the cards you use most often, while a pull out flap section stores the rest of them stacked together. It's a nice piece of kit, and it does actually make you consider the essentials to be carried with you, and what can be left at home. Working on the basis that quality costs less - and covered by a 3 year warranty - it's certainly worth considering as a wallet that will hopefully last a long time without losing shape.

Another great product from Bellroy
I bought a Bellroy leather Note Sleeve in 2014 and it's been my only wallet since then. It looked a but weathered - as real leather tends to do over time - but it's in perfect functional condition...every single bit of stitching is still perfect. The only reason I bought this was because I fancied a change after almost nine years. I like the fact that it's made from a "sustainable" nylon fabric. It's much stiffer than the leather version, much less pliable, and doesn't really feel quite as nice but that's to be expected. It looks great and has enough room for eleven cards, plus notes, whilst still keeping that low profile. The only complaint I have with this is that it arrived slightly skewed so that when closed, one half is not totally aligned with the other half. Also, this will probably be harder to keep clean than leather because it's textured and any marks are tricky to remove because of this.

Superb everyday carry.
This is my second Bellroy purchase, my first being a ‘Sling Bag’. The purchase of my wallet was based on the fact that the bag is of such fantastic quality the wallet surly had to be of the same high standard, I was not disappointed. This wallet just oozes quality, every aspect of it is just perfect. If you are into carrying a load of ‘Tat’ around with you then this wallet isn’t for you. If you want to minimise your card priority and still carry some notes with you then this is the one. The two pockets in the note fold area are for coins and a hidden card, I use them both for emergency cash and in case of emergency credit card rather than coins which suits my needs better. This wallet is slim, balanced in design, of the highest quality and worth every penny.

Good quality
Seems like good quality, but struggles with more than 6 cards in the extendable bulk card section, but fits 10 cards in total quite easily. Also fits Australian notes comfortably

Beautiful classic wallet
Great wallet. Small compact and easy to carry around and exactly as advertised. With time though the normal human compulsion to overfill your wallet takes over again and it is just like a normal wallet; which becomes thicker and thicker over time. The change / coin pocket is innovative, but not really practical. I keep on loosing coins when it is not properly closed. It is so easy not to close it correctly.
