Worst from amazon which I purchased and replaced both are gets defective. Good service by havells
Purchase from amazon. First 2 days works fine . Later got noise for every 15 seconds from fan like tik sound. After replaced the fan, then also got noise for every 5 seconds and fan is swings round. Worst experience from amazon. Later contact the havells service they replaced the fan ,that works good without any issue

Slow speed
Highest speed of fan is really slow as compared to other BLDC fan like atomberg. Don't buy unless you have AC in the room.

Good Product Deals, But Defective Product Has been sent twice
I ordered a fan during a good offer. After installation by the engineer, I removed the sticker and noticed a dent on the surface. The engineer did not uninstall the fan and left. I requested a replacement, but both the service center and Amazon said they cannot help with removing the fan. I had to pay ₹400 myself to get it removed. The replacement product also had a glue mark on the bottom surface. This time, Amazon could only offer a return, not a replacement. I also got a negative response from the service center. The fan is slow compared to other Havells BLDC fans, and Amazon did not register any complaint about this issue. I hope this helps others be more careful when buying similar products.
