This product hasn’t really helped me. I have found it really difficult to get anything sprayed into the nostrils as the bottle squashed in and zero spray. I tried to get it into the nostrils various ways. Found out if you squeeze and slightly tilt you’ll get soaked and end up swallowing liquid which means it hasn’t worked for this reason I would not be able to recommend this product But we are all different so I guess it was worth a try

Not sure about this. Seems hard to spray, just get a whiff of an aroma.
