Large central pad worked well but never stuck onto skin. Had to use a belt to secure. Small arm pads were very painful to use on lowest setting. Electrical impulses were not even spread along the pad. The central pad broke within 6 days. Upgraded to a different central Velcro style EMS. Very happy!

This is easy to use and I can adjust the intensity of the pulses to how I need it. It's not only good for muscle toning but for sore muscles also which I get from the job I do.

The abs one only works from the actual device; I can't feel it through any parts it's supposed to affect. One of the arm ones doesn't work, but the other works fine. So, I will have to use the arm one that does work on each section of my abs to get any benefit from it. It hardly sticks on to you either, constantly having to keep it pushed down.

Easy to use

I do not normally give reviews on products, however, with this product I want to be quite fair and say that it would be unreasonable for me to say at this moment whether or not this product can give anyone a 6 Pack Abs by itself. I believe that you have to go through the old school way of losing weight by walking, running, the right diet, regular exercises etc. If you are doing all of this, then maybe this product will help to spped up the process. If you are not doing any exercise or having the right diet, I doubt using this product will give you a 6 pack Abs. This is just my honest opinion.

One of the pads doesn’t work the big one that goes on your stomach only does about 2 in.². It won’t do the side even on full power You can only just feel it. What a load of rubbish.

I've had this now for nearly 2 weeks. Always wanted to try this but they used to be expensive, but this is very inexpensive. Easy to set up and power up. Careful not to go too high, ease yourself into it otherwise could be painful the day after.
