Waterfall Pool Fountain, Updated 5.9'' Wider Open Lip Stainless Steel Waterfall Spillway, Decorative Water Feature for Swimming Pools, Koi Ponds, Spa & Garden - 11.8''

We created a pond in our backyard for some Koi. Figured a couple waterfalls would be a great way in introducing oxygen into the water and if they come with LED lights, even better. Installed them and they worked amazing for a month or so. Then some of the LED’s of one waterfall went out. Then a few more and then the same thing with the other waterfall. The waterfalls themselves work great. A nice even flow of water that looks great. But if you are highly focused on the lights to add to the ambiance of your space, these may not be for you. ***UPDATE*** So Longrun Direct reached out to me to get a better sense of what was wrong with my waterfalls. After explaining to them the light issue they sent me replacement light strips. I didn’t request it, they just wanted to try and fix the issue. I’ll be installing them this weekend. Hopefully the original ones were just faulty, but I’m really happy with how they reached out to correct the issue.

I purchased the 23” color falls kit a few months prior to installation just to make sure it would integrate with the construction of our backyard pond. As soon I received the kit I realized there was no need for all the anxiety I had built up over it. Very well made, great quality and value, it worth every penny. Comes with 23.6" Stainless steel waterfall x 1, 110V/230V Adapter power and 196.8" power cable, Scouring pad, 3 double sided adhesive tape, 3 Screw and burst tube, waterfall connector, Non-slip ring, 3 Rubber waterproof pad, Waterproof tape, RF remote control, Led Strip, 47.2" PVC Explosion proof tube, all you need is a submersible pump, I am using a 12v, it will be connected to a solar panel. This kit was SUPER easy to assemble. Being a perfectionist, I naturally took way more time than most people would take but I have to say it is perfect. Plugged it in and turned it on and my wife was instantly thrilled (made MY day). The auto-float valve works flawlessly. At night it looks beautiful I included a video, the lights are bright and the changing colors is a beauty to watch. Very happy with my purchase.

I had a small issue with the LED light supply upon receipt and installation of our waterfall spillway. A note was sent to the manufacture and they responded within a few hours. I explained the issue to them. They immediately sent an upgraded LED system. The entire process took only a few days (including shipping time). The waterfall is working flawlessly now. Thank you for the great service.

The waterfall works well. The lights quit working after the first season and the hose gave out after 3 seasons. I live in the Northeastern United States and have 2 of these as part of a water feature for a custom fire pit patio I built. They are removed every year to be stored in the garage during winter months. I also had to purchase flow regulators for both to keep the water flow from spilling over the sides, but that is due to the lumps that I purchased maybe being rated a little lower than what they are. Overall, these waterfalls get compliments every time someone sees them.

So this is a mixed review. The product is solid and easy to install and I put it in place last August. We used it about 10 times before we closed the location up for the winter. The LED strip, which seems to be an issue worked fine those 10 times and did turn on once this spring, but now they are not working. I checked all connections and power to location is good. I have contacted the support email and have not received a reply. The pump is still working great but the LED is a big disappointment as that added a lot. I am hopeful I will receive an update on my request for a new LED strip as 10 uses seems a little limiting. UPDATE: I heard back from customer service and need to provide some photos which I will do shortly. I feel more confident that this will get sorted. UPDATE: I was told they would send a light strip then told that the light strip was out of stock yet it is available for purchase on Amazon. I have emailed the company multiple times asking for a status update and have not received a reply. I am downgrading my rating.

the order was missing a couple of pieces,but they took care of the problem right away-great great great customer service!!!!!!!!!!! the product is amazing,great price,great remote control,the best ive seen,could not be happier.im going to buy another one and replace my old fountains spiilway.

Update: After writing review below, seller contacted me to send a replacement light bar. They asked for my address and phone number , saying they would send replacement. I gave it to them and received a message on September 18 that said “ok”. Today is October 13 and I have not heard from them again and have not received replacement. When I try to send a message they Amazon I get notice that I have already responded so no way to get update. Original review below may be amended soon if I can’t get replacement. We purchased this waterfall in April, 2022. It was one of two 24" waterfalls. The project was quite extensive and was only completed in September 2022. Along the way, the waterfalls were tested, inclucing the light bars. Two days after completion. Three of the red diodes in one of the light bars failed. Since the light bar uses red, green and blue alone or in combination to produce other colors, four other colors are affected. The only colors that can be used now are pure green and pure blue. Violet, yellow, light blue, white all have gaps. I was able to contact the company for a replacement and they said they would send one out. Additonally, there are two connections for the waterfall, one in the back and one on the bottom. We use the one in back to feed the water. The plug for the one in the bottom on one of the waterfalls will not seal. The hole in the plug looks like an allen wrench to tighten, but I have not been able to find an SAE or metric size to fit. Closest so far is a 7 mm, which has to be forced in. The waterfalls perform as expected with a smooth sheet of water dropping into the pool.

The waterfall was easy to install, works good, and looks good. My only major complaint is that I cannot get the mobile app to connect to the RGB lights, so I cannot control the lights from my phone. The remote works, however, I do not want to be limited to the remote. The app was a major selling point for me. I would give it 5 stars if not for that.
