Kong like
It looks like our Kong treat stuffers and is made out of a softer rubber than the Kong versions. It is more bouncy and it's also translucent. The inner hole is slightly smaller than the outer one and dry treats tend to stay in there a little longer and are more challenging to get out but once they enter the wider area they tumble out without too much effort. I prefer to fill it with frozen treats and it takes a lot longer to get them out. My pup squishes the treat holder in her mouth to break up the frozen treats, picks it up, and drops it to knock them out. She can get her tongue in as well for licking peanut butter out. It's relatively easy to clean with soap and water. I use the handle of my silverware to scrape deep inside it if there are ever any stuck dried-on treats.

Small
This is labeled as medium but it’s very small. I put peanut butter and treats inside and it kept my dog busy for a while.

Tough, engaging puzzle
This sturdy, flexible, transparent toy is a great way to entertain dogs. My shepherd-lab mix loves it when we fill this with peanut butter or other treats. Although he's a large dog, he hasn't chewed through this...yet. it seems like this toy will last a long time before it will need to be replaced. This keeps my dog entertainedbecause he has to figure out how to move the toy around in order to dispense the treats. The only thing that I don't like about this is that it can be a bit difficult to clean if peanut butter gets stuck on the inside. There is no indication of whether or not this is dishwasher safe, although this can be washed in warm, soapy water. I like that this is BPA, phalate and lead free. It seems like a great toy for pups.

Durable but…
This treat dispenser is durable. We like the rough surface to create more friction for teeth cleaning and it makes it not roll smoothly in a straight line so it takes longer to actually dispense the treats then our previous round ball type dispenser. the rope "stem" is cute for an easy carry handle for your pup, although that rope does extend into the inside of the dispenser which is not easy to clean and I imagine can harbor food particles and germs more easily. The tacky rubberized surface will also pick up lots of hair very easily off of the floor. So if you have a shedding dog (or human, lol) and are not 100% on top of constant vacuuming, you can expect the outside of this toy to be covered in hair rather quickly. The toy also arrives scented with a very artificial grape scent which I found to be unnecessary and a bit offputting. Especially since dogs are not supposed to eat grapes and the last thing I would want him to do would be to associate that smell with something tasty. I also wonder about the technology used to impregnate rubberized plastic with a scent that does not go away even after washing.I am usually a huge fan of outward hound products, but this one just did not hit the mark for us.

Very good durable treat toy
This Outward Hound Double-Tuff Durable Interactive Treat Stuffer Dog Chew Toy is a great way to entertain your dog while giving them food and treats. It is very durable and made from high quality silicone materials. I was able to give my dog half of his dinner inside this toy and let him figure out how to get it all out. It gives him some interaction and lets him tear himself out a little bit.I knocked a star off because the toy comes with several small plastic connectors keeping the tags attached to the toy, and you have to dig them out when you take the tags off or they will end up stuck inside the toy. Also, the front opening is quite large and most food just kind of spills out. I would prefer to have the food stay inside until the dog learns how to tip the toy over a little bit better. The innermost compartment is small enough to hold some food and not let it come out immediately until the dog figures things out, which is nice.Other than those things, I'm very pleased and I will be using this toy for a long time to come.Recommended!

Held Up to Serious Chewing
I ordered this toy for my 75 lb senior staffie who is a power chewer. She's not super into silicone/rubber chew toys, but she is very food motivated, so I stuffed the vessel with plain yogurt and froze it over night. The result was one happy dog! She was able to hold the toy with her front paws and work extra hard to lick the yogurt out. I'd say this kept her busy for a good 20 minutes or so until she cleaned it out. Glad to have another tool to keep her mentally stimulated through the day. Would recommend to others.

Keeps dog interested for a few minutes
One of my girls literally inhales her food. Slow bowls will slow her down by only a few seconds. I thought I would try this to slow her down while keeping her mentally challenged. Well, it slowed her down by a couple of minutes and mentally, she's now annoyed with me. I guess it was a success? lolThe blubber toy is an interesting design. The initial clean with soapy water was easy AFTER removing the retail labels and plastic tags. Those pesky plastic tags. Cutting them was easy, but that left half of the plastic still lodged in the toy. I had to extract the remaining pieces from inside the toy with a long tweezer. The opening of the neck is quite narrow so it will need to be cleaned using a bottle brush. It's likely best to use only dry treats and food.I don't know how mint-scented will help with my dog's breath. Will it still smell minty after washes? I would consider other options to tackle stinky breath.

Dog loves this
Our dogs don't really go for rubber chew toys normally, but they like this one! Especially our toy-obsessed dog. We got the green one. We put small cube-shaped chicken treats inside that are about the size of dice. It will hold maybe 10 of those easily. The toy has a small compartment at one end that makes it a little harder to get treats out of, and then a larger compartment where they fall out more easily. It keeps our dog occupied for quite a while, rolling it around and chewing on it to get all the treats to fall out. It also smells minty so hopefully it will help with dog breath too. Seems very durable.
