It’s not because what I think

Does not work on flies
The media could not be loaded. I’ve had this device for 3 weeks and it might be effective on crawling insects , it does not work on flies & fruit flies.

Not happy with it came cracked and there was only one in the box and not too save your money not worth the waste of it I threw the box in the crackling in the trash it's not worth a penny more less than anything else save your money buy something better

Worst product ever
I plugged in 8 feet from where squirrels were getting into my roof. This did nothing to repel the squirrels and rats. Such a waste of $25.00. I unfortunately can’t return to get a refund.Do not recommend.

Pensé que este artículo en realidad me serviría,pero no es asi,empeze a mirar alguna cucaracha por mi cocina,decidi comprarlo y no me ha funcionado, ahora sigo mirando ese pequeño animalito incluso al rededor de este aparato,estoy muy desesperada 🤷🏽♀

Doesn't work on mice
Had no effect on mouse.

Definitely did a awesome job on the bugs, including fleas. BUT, the mouse didn't mind it at all....
Bugs are all gone,Mouse is still here, and seams to be happy still....

Had a spider crawl right under the plugged in device, not a wee house spider either, that thing meant business. Doesn't workkk aghhh
