Genus MaxiLion 1000 VA Inverter with Upto 12 Year Life Integrated 1280Wh Lithium-Ion Battery for Home Office & Shop - Full 5 Year Product Warranty

I bought this a year ago, and it has been performing excellently ever since. It requires minimal maintenance and is easy to install. Most importantly, it takes up very little space, operates silently, and provides adequate power backup. It is undoubtedly a highly recommended product for both home and office use. However, I do have one suggestion: it would have been better if the unit had a handle or a grip to make carrying or moving it easier. Apart from that, it is excellent in every other respect.

I bought this lithium battery inverter almost a year ago and I can confidently say it is the best decision I made for home power backup. It easily handles the full load of 2BHK flats (fans, lights, TV, Wi-Fi, laptop charging, mixer, etc.) without any problem. Backup time is more than sufficient and exactly as promised by the company – sometimes even better on partial load. What I love the most:• Zero maintenance (unlike traditional tubular batteries)• Super compact – takes very less space• Silent operation• Very easy to monitor and control through the displayIn the last 12 months we faced many long power cuts but this inverter never let us down even once. Battery health is constant and performance is as good as day one.If you are tired of old-style UPS + heavy lead-acid batteries, just go for this lithium inverter without any second thought. It costs a bit more initially but totally worth it for the peace of mind and long-term savings.

It is a compact equipment with aesthetic looks. Gives good back up. I have used it now for a year without any complaints. Appears to be good value for money. Will recommend it for those who want a no maintenance inverter.

Not recommended to buy this product. Actually I purchased this product for my hometown at Himachal Pradesh Kangra Distt. First problem start with the delivery of this product. There delivery partner is Delhivery. They took more then 10 days to deliver the product. My product came near to my location and go back with reason that my area not comes under there branch. It happens 3 times and in 4th attempt, finally I got the product. Without any support aur installation. Just Delhivery guy deliver the product on your doorstep. No technician or any kind of support is available that how to install this invertor. Anyways I called one local electrician and pay him for installing the invertor. The invertor is not very powerful. If there is a power cut, ur fan speed getting very low. I have Microtek invertor at my delhi house and they working very gud. Anyways after 6 months this invertor start troubling me. No proper backup and after 10 months it's totally down. No backup and invertor shuts down immediately when power cuts. As they give us 3 years warranty for this product. I raised the compliant in customer care. They gave me nearabout 1 week time . Then calls starts from there technical department asking for same question daily but not providing any resolutions. After 10 days I was very angry and asked him to raise this dispute to consumer forum if issue not resolved. Then finally they asked to record the video or inverter and send to the technician for review. After junior technician reviews he forwarded that case to senior technician. Then again senior technician asked me to record fresh video and send again to review what exactly problem is. I did the same. After 15 days of my complaint they agreed to replace the product. Their transit partner is Delhivery I must say very pathetic company for delivering the products. First day they sent 2 guys to pick up my invertor on bike. I was so shocked to see that how can they handle this heavy product on bike so I raised my concern again to company. That day they didn't pick the product and next day other guy came to pick the product on taxi. So finally they picked the product but it's been 2 weeks and product didn't receive back. I again call the technician or Genus company who is dealing with this complaint and he asked me to wait. Delhivery transit company failed to deliver my product from last 2 days. Daliy i checked the status in the morning that your product will deliver today. But at the evening I see the status failed to deliver the product and will deliver tomorrow. Very annoying and irritating service.Maybe this product is good for metro cities. But I personally feel that there service and delivery partner is not good enough to handle services in rural areas.I am very disappointed with the product and the service of Genus innovation and there delivery partner Delhivery.I am working from home and facing very hard time during power cuts. I buy this product at ₹36999 costlier then other invertors in the market and expected very gud product and service in return.Never buy this companies any product nor recommend anyone to buy. Thanks

I have been using the Genus Maxilion inverter and here is my detailed feedback:■ Load Handling●Connected load includes:▪︎ 5 fans: 4 BLDC fans (35W each) + 1 normal fan (75W)▪︎ 1 master LED light (25W)▪︎ 4 LED tube lights (15W each)▪︎ 8 LED bulbs (12W each)▪︎ 55-inch television (250W)▪︎ Soundbar (500W RMS)● Initially, I doubted whether the inverter could handle this much load, but even with all these connected, the indicator shows only 57% load.● I do not use the full load simultaneously, but it is reassuring to know that the inverter can manage it comfortably.■ Backup Performance● With the above load, the inverter provides a backup of approximately 2–3 hours.● In my location, power cuts are rare and usually last no more than 30 minutes, so I have not been able to test the battery to full discharge.● Based on my usage, the backup estimate of 2–3 hours is realistic.● For areas with frequent or longer outages, the backup may be closer to 2 hours when operating at heavy load.■ Service Support● Before purchasing, I contacted the Genus service team to verify service availability and installation guidance.● They provided clear instructions regarding the connection and confirmed support in my area.● To date, I have not required service intervention, but the assurance of prompt support is valuable.■ Pros● Handles high load effectively, including fans, lighting, television, and soundbar.● Provides sufficient backup for moderate outages.● Strong performance and reliable build quality.● Good pre-sales service support and guidance.■ Cons● No battery percentage indicator (only load percentage is displayed).● During sudden power cuts or restoration, the television occasionally switches off for less than a second. Other appliances remain unaffected, but it is noticeable on the television.》Verdict《The Genus Maxilion inverter has proven to be efficient, reliable, and capable of managing substantial household load with ease. It offers excellent value for money in terms of performance, backup, and reliability. I am fully satisfied with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable home inverter.

I've been using Genus MaxLion 1000kva close to a year now. It's silent, sits in small corner and works great. With quite a few & frequent power interruptions in my native village, having this helped to continue my office work along with lights & fans in 3+ rooms upto some times 5hrs.It's slightly pricier than regular invertors which need regular maintenance and change of batteries. So, I feel it's worth to go for this maintenance free Genus.I'm quite happy with it and highly recommend!
