Good quality.
Had this in place a couple years now. It holds up well. Still looks glossy. Original coat by the concrete company was not good after a year. Thinking maybe next year for another coat.

Brought My Pool Patio Back to Life โ Slip-Proof, Rich Finish That Lasts!
After years of sun, rain, and chlorine splash taking a toll on my stamped concrete pool patio, I decided to bring it back to life with a serious sealer. I went with the Armor AR350 because of its great reputation, and Iโm so glad I did. I used the full 5-gallon container to do two coats across the stamped concrete, and I also mixed in the Armor Fine Non-Slip Additive to make sure the wet surface wouldnโt become a slip hazard โ especially around the pool where bare feet and puddles are the norm. The result was everything I hoped for. The AR350 gave my patio that enhanced wet-look without the overly glossy "wet paint" shine โ it made the stamped texture and color variations really pop again. The solvent smell during application is no joke (definitely wear a mask), but it flashes off quickly and is completely worth it. I applied it with a sprayer for the first coat, then back-rolled with a 3/8โ nap roller for the second. The non-slip additive blended in easily and didnโt clump or cloud the finish. After it dried, the patio had a smooth satin look and just enough grit underfoot that I now feel confident walking out there even when wet. Itโs been a couple months now, and the protection is holding strong. Water beads on the surface, no chalking or whitening, and it still looks freshly sealed after rainstorms and direct sun exposure. I canโt emphasize enough how much better the patio looks โ it went from dull and dusty to crisp and rich-looking. If you have a stamped concrete pool deck or any decorative hardscape, this sealer paired with the non-slip additive is a winning combo. Easy to apply, pro-grade results, and no more worrying about slipping near the pool. Highly recommend!

Great Product
Great Product. I have used water-based sealers in the past, but this product looks so much better. I live in south Florida. I let my pavers dry for 2+ days until they were totally dry, applied the sealant in late afternoon. I have 650 sq. feet, and I had a gallon left, so coverage was great. I used a cheap sprayer that I bought for $20 online and it worked great. I threw it away when I was done. I used a large paint brush where the pavers met up with the sidewalk so it would not get on the sidewalk. It's been 3 weeks, and we had rain and it performs great so far. I don't get that white hazing that you get with the water-based products in south Florida with all the rain. The solvent based does not turn milky when it rains a lot, so i am happy about that.

Hard to Apply
I sealed my patio, walkway, and driveway with AR350 in 2021, and the sun has taken it's toll on this product; it's almost all gone. I recently resealed most of my concrete with the California approved, low VOC AR350, and it's not the same stuff. It dries too fast, making it hard to apply, and requiring more material. I applied 15 gallons of AR350 in 2021 by laying it down with a pump sprayer, and then backrolling it with an 18" roller. I was able to apply it by myself, spraying a 20 square foot area before backrolling it. Not this time. The new product dries very fast, causing the roller to stick to the surface. The material starts gumming up the roller, developing little sticky balls that it flings onto the new surface. Even with my spouse helping with backrolling, I found that you had to keep the spray area down to 9 square feet before rolling, and you had to lay the material down thick. Keep in mind that ambient temperatures were in the high 60's and low 70's when applying. I found that my Chapin fan nozzle left streaks in the dried surface, so I replaced it with a cone nozzle. I had to spray pure "Painter's Solvent" (California Xylene substitute) on the dried surface, and backroll it, to get rid of the streaks and sticky balls. Also, I went through 15 gallons of AR350, and it still requires another 5 gallon can. My advice for applying Low-VOC AR350 is 1) apply during cool weather, 2) use a cone nozzle, 3) only spray a small area before backrolling, 4) apply it thick, and 5) have an assistant backroll.

White flakes appeared after getting cold - the coating was flaking off all over the concrete...
Used this product several times, very nice look in the past - used a longer roller and a deeper pan (Home Depot), made the job much easier. Unfortunately, the fall of '24 / winter - white flakes appeared (after it got cold). They would physically flake off the cement (white chips) which appeared to be from the AR350 coating placed on the spring / summer of '24. Not sure if it was a batch issue or ?? Need to spend another $500 to try again this year.
