It says on the pictures its white but when you read the description it says clear so which is it 🤷♀️

I found that confusing too. It is WHITE, a bit like cake icing in consistency and colour. Good finish and not too hard to rub down. Used loads of it in my bathroom. Hope that helps.

Can i use it to stick mosaic glass pieces together?

not sure about that ,but, i dont think it would be advisable , i would buy the proper adhesive, maybe a grout base adhesive, hope this helps
