Like this machine very much ,it cleans the cloths much better than my last machine it takes in more water and that's what I like cause as a result my washing is much cleaner my old machine left behind stains.so am very happy with this one ,easy to use also .

Unit arrived on time and in good order. Had to wait nearly 4 weeks to get it plumbed in. Not easy for a disabled person.

Despite not having connected a washing machine in years, I found the setup process intuitive due to clear instructions. The machine offers various wash cycles, which might seem overwhelming initially but provide flexibility for different laundry needs.One drawback is the loud 1600rpm spin cycle, although it’s easy to adjust to a quieter setting. The drain and spin cycle may require multiple attempts to remove water effectively from forgotten loads, which can be inconvenient. Additionally, the lack of a noticeable sound when the wash finishes could be improved. The accompanying app seems unnecessary—I ended up deleting it after a few weeks. For warranty registration, I recommend doing it online to avoid a lengthy sales pitch for additional insurance. Overall, it’s a decent washing machine for its price, despite a few minor quirks.

Nice and quite and A rated for energy

The media could not be loaded. ***SEE UPDATE BELOW***INITIAL REVIEW. Seems like a nice machine, easy to operate. Only arrived today, but all up and running. Drum seems much bigger than our old kg machine. Delivery men were really good and carried to our kitchen for us. 😊Only downside - the pipes are very short. If the drain pipe had been on the RH side, we'd of been ok, but it was on the LH side so wouldn't reach. Thought it was going to be a simple job of unplugging the old one and plugging in a new one. Instead we've had to swap over our dishwasher to make it work. 😒Otherwise we'd of had to go buy an extension kit. We've used the old water feed pipe, but again the one it comes with is pretty short and would not have reached.So all in all not an easy installation.Also don't pay to take your old machine away. There are plenty of scrap metal firms out there who will take the old one for free!I also paid Amazon for 5 years warranty, but it comes with a 9 year parts guarantee (you have to pay their engineers to fix it though, so probably worth paying the Amazon extra for peace of mind) 😉***UpdateMachine died after first full spin. We were not aware of transit bolts. Nothing on packaging to warn us. Should be a big sticker on the back. Not covered by warranty. Gutted. Can't believe we're the only ppl to make this mistake. Having taken out the old machine, thought it was simple to install the new one. It's one of those things where lack of knowledge can be expensive. Wanted to put on here to warn others, who like us were unaware of these bolts.We've always bought second hand, so our first time of buying from new, and it's lasted 1 wash ! 😒

Clothes leave the machine clean and quite dry. The noise level is very low especially when spinning dry.

When trying to remove the travel bolts that was a complete nightmare!!!! Ended up having to take all the backing off to get them out !!!!
