I love the taste. good for salads

I lived on the island of Sardinia for many years and I am pleased to find San Guiliano extra virgin olive oil here in the U.S.A. I use this olive oil mostly on salads and as a flavor enhancer to certain recipes. I don't use it for routine cooking or frying as less expensive oils are adequate. The olive oil market, much like the wine market can be complicated and quite personal. Give San Giuliano a try.

I first bought this olive oil in Algeria Sardinia in 1998 at the factory. Loved the taste but couldn’t buy it in usa. I browsed olive oils in Amazon last year and was amazed to find it! I’ve since bought it 3 times and given it as gifts. Still love it’s flavor.

I've tried several EVOOs and found a very unpleasant peppery aftertaste. San Guliano is as good as any premium EVOO, smooth, great tasting.
