Previously I had bought the a older version of this pillow that I thought was good but could have been better. I gave this newer version a try and I was surprised how much better it was than the Previous version. This pillow feels very organamic just conforms to your body just right and the firmness feels more heavy duty and supportive. Overall all I'm super happy with it recommend for anyone looking for a pillow and don't want to break the bank.

The pillow is exactly as described. Comfortable, and it does keep your neck and body properly aligned. Very important. The pillow also keeps its shape. Lots of value, definitely worth the price.

I really like the consistency and feel of the memory foam. But I think that the divot in the middle of the pillow was too deep to support my neck in the same way it shows in the description. It brought my head too low. I did like the side flanges, because they helped me experience quality sleep when I slept on my side.

My first thought was that it was softer than expected since I ordered the FIRM version. My other orthopedic pillows are firmer, and my weak neck needs support. However, it turns out that doesn’t matter. This pillow probably has the best contour design of all the pillows, as it perfectly aligns my spine and cradles my neck, which is all that matters. It’s very comfortable, and I feel no pain while sleeping. The tenderness in my neck and shoulders decreased naturally and quietly! during the day.I can’t imagine returning to using a regular pillow after using this product. It’s like a 2020s aircraft vs. 1900s ones.

People have to stop recommending this for side sleepers. The little grooves for your arm are not deep enough for your arms to stay in it nor are they thick enough to stop them from falling asleep all night. I bought it for neck pain from an injury. After nearly a week my neck pain was slightly better, however I began having pain in my lower back and between my shoulder blades. My arms kept falling asleep and my ears would sting from the pressure of the pillow. I barely slept while using this pillow. All the new pain and lack of sleep were not worth the only slight improvement in neck pain.
