Amazing book! LOVE

Delightful book.

Living on Water implies something that this book doesn't fulfill. It implies living by, respectfully and sensitively, and looking at bodies of water, This book is not that sort of book. It is an architectural statement book for a very high end coffee table.......maybe in a very high end (and hardly low profile) house near or even built on stilts and other vertical entities in lovely and sometimes isolated areas. Looking at the houses that folks (who probably are using the places as get away and/or vacation houses) makes me really sad. They are anything bu unobtrusive and they don't blend in at all. Obviously architects see the world in a different way from myself. Having sailed all over and visited many remote locations (often on islands) one good thing about a boat is that they leave nothing but a wake, which quickly fades. These are all about the "look at me and how wealthy I am so I couldI chose to build in this really cool site" factor.

Amazing book. Really beautiful. I would defo recommend.
