Kiko Milano arrived broken
Product came w/ a broken shade. Since it was only 1 shade I repressed it but this definitely seems to be a problem when reading so many other reviews with the same complaint. The shadows are very soft and there's a lot of kick-up. I don't mind that but they're also not super-pigmented so that makes this a miss for me. I'd been wanting to try Kiko Milano for some time so this was a bummer. Also the packaging itself seems cheap and lightweight and may have contributed to not protecting the palette very well.

El producto llegó roto, y no hubo facilidades de garantía. El producto como tal no tiene tanta pigmentación, me tocó usarlo roto por lo difícil que fue devolverlo desde otro país. El producto llegó con pocas protecciones.
